River's Reach is a cozy, rustic cabin right on the ELLIJAY RIVER. What better place to relax, maybe fish for trout of the deck, tube down the river, soak in the covered hot tub (no raindrops in your wine!) Roast s'mores over the waterside firepit, then later snuggle up and enjoy a movie by the woodburning fireplace. As one of Sliding Rock Cabins' romantic 1 bedroom properties River's Reach offers a perfect getaway for two. Woodburning fireplace, Propane grill, firepit, Wireless DSL, flatscreen TV's in living room and bedroom. PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW.

This Sliding Rock Cabin is an ADULT ONLY cabin (no guests under age 25)

Pet friendly, both well behaved dogs and cats welcome.

We encourage you to protect your vacation investment with a travel insurance of your choice.

Access: Access to this cabin is via gravel, mountain roads. 4 wheel drive is not required, confidence in mountain driving is recommended.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE: Each cabin is privately owned and cancellations affect owners significantly. Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by Sliding Rock Cabins® more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the original check-in date in order to receive refund, less a Sixty Five Dollar ($65) cancellation fee. Said changes regardless of reason made within thirty-one (31) days of your original check-in date will result in a forfeiture of all moneys paid. All moneys paid are non-transferable to another rescheduled date. Refunds will be given if Agent can re-book said dates with another guest limited to the extent of rebooking. Agents are not responsible for Guests inability to arrive or if Guests chooses to depart early for any reason, or if members of Guests party do not show up. No refunds, rebates, or compensation will be offered. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST PURCHASING VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE with your travel insurance of choice. Awesome getaway!

This cabin was so perfect for us and our fur babies!!! This cabin has it all, creek outback, the hot tub, yard for dogs, even dog toys provided!!!! And so clean you would never know they allowed pets!!!! We will be back!!!

Off the beaten path

We had a great time and enjoyed the seclusion, but the location is very remote. It took about ten minutes to drive a few miles on precipitous gravel roads.

Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first overnight trip we've been able to take with the "girls" (Sophie, Panda and Ginny) since we moved to the Atlanta area. I don't know who had more fun, us or them. Getting to the cabin was easy, the instructions were spot on. And the cabin was exactly as described. We appreciated all the "extras" that were left out for the girls, making them feel at home as well. At home they are allowed on all the furniture, but we understand how their fur can get anywhere, so we really appreciated the extra covers so they could go anywhere and lay down where they wanted, and we didn't have to be stressed keeping them off of anything. Since it was winter, we didn't hang out all that much on the balcony or the fenced yard with them, but when we come back in warmer weather we will for sure take advantage of the fenced areas. (Yes, of course we're coming back!) Sophie loved the access to the water, she got to run around in the river. Everything was clean, and easy to find and use. Communication was easy, as well as getting the key. We've already recommended it to friends. Seeing as it was a quick weekend getaway at the end of the winter holidays, once we got to the cabin we stayed and enjoyed the quiet and calm. And whatever coffee beans they leave for you... really good coffee!
