We had a great 10-day stay at the guest cottage. The home was clean, the kitchen well stocked with pots/pans/cutlery/etc., and the location was ideal. We spent most of the visit on the screened-in porch, surrounded by trees and nature, or on the beach. The beach is a short walk and was never too crowded, even on a holiday weekend. Our dog also really enjoyed peaceful walks on the private drives around the house. Looking forward to a return visit.

Love it and perfectly located. Did have a strong smell of chemicals - not sure what the was about. Maybe they just did some work on the place. The gifts on the table were cute also!

The cottage had all the essentials including a washer and dryer. It was tucked into the woods ...very quiet and private:) We were within walking distance of the beach. Heather was very accommodating and "easy in and out" instructions.

Super cute and private. Was perfect for a quick getaway for my husband, daughter and myself. Beautiful neighborhood/area with a small private beach right down the street. The studio was well equipped, comfortable and very clean. The screened in porch is awesome - provided a little separation from the sleeping space and was really nice to have coffee in the morning or hang out at night. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for 2 weeks with our Labrador. The space seemed larger because of the high ceilings and the screened in porch. The studio was lovely, just as pictured, nestled in a wooded area, saw a deer one day. There was a comfy sofa and chairs to watch tv, bed was comfy, water pressure in shower was good, table for breakfast/meals, washer/dryer. If you want to sleep in, bring an eye mask to block out the skylight morning light. There was a bureau and closet with hangers to unpack. We also unpacked on the table on top of the laundry. We purchased a drying rack to hang bathing suits/clothes that we did not want to put in the dryer. I texted the owner several times with questions and she was incredibly responsive. It was a short walk to the beach, which was dog friendly. There were bugs biting at the beach so I suggest lemongrass soap or some other bug deterrent. Would definitely return.

Peaceful!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is tucked in the woods so it was very peaceful. The only complaint is the mosquitoes, but that’s expected having a house in the woods. We went with our two-year-old Son so we were looking for a quiet place away from crowded areas and this was exactly what we were looking for. My son was able to have fun and be a two-year-old without anyone complaining about the noise since the house was tucked away. This is a plus if you’re going with a little one! We also really enjoyed having the screened porch.Short walk to a small private beach, and about a 15 min drive to a larger beach. The owners are a very accommodating. I would stay here again.

Peaceful and lovely

The studio is airy, bright, quiet, private, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped. The enclosed porch is a wonderful amenity, as is the close proximity to the small beach.

Wonderful location

The house was very clean and well-equipped and located a short walk from quiet and beautiful beach. We very much enjoyed our time on the beach and the quiet and cool mornings on the screened-in porch. We enjoyed local restaurants and ice cream and even caught a Cape Cod league game. We would highly recommend and would stay here again.

This well appointed Cape Cottage is Amazing

We spent a long weekend at this charming Cape Cod cottage to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was everything we hoped for and more. My wife had a wonderful time unwinding and spending quality time with me and our dog, Champ. The cottage was cozy, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped—it had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t.Our host, Heather, was exceptional—responsive, attentive, and made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish.If you’re looking to surprise your spouse or partner with a romantic getaway, this is the place. The private beach access, peaceful wooded walking trails, excellent nearby eateries, and warm, welcoming locals made this trip truly special. We can’t wait to return!

Great location.

Very clean and comfortable. Owner responsive to our needs. Needs newer TV as picture and print wasn’t clear. Also, front motion light was not working on right side.

Tranquil cottage in a pine forest

The property is charming and well appointed. The amenities are carefully thought out by the owners. The cottage is in a beautiful location. It is very private and peaceful. I would love to come back.

Great spot to stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here for our wedding. It was clean, larger than expected (which was great for the bridesmaids getting ready), very dog-friendly, and secluded. Having a private beach within a short walk was a great perk. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. We very much appreciated the congratulations flowers from the host. We will stay here again when we are back on the Cape.
