Everything was exactly as described and fully equipped — we didn’t have to ask for anything extra. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for morning walks with my dog. We really enjoyed having this space as our refuge & landing pad during our daughter’s graduation from Berkeley. Our host, Rob, was so on top of everything & made sure we knew he was there if needed. The condo itself was clean, dialed in with all the amenities, adorable backyard area & the beds/linens were very comfortable & high quality. We really appreciated all the little touches & attention to detail. They were dog friendly to boot! If you’re in need of a stay in the Berkeley/Emeryville/Oakland area, I highly recommend!

Son's Wedding

Robert's condo was perfect for our son's wedding in Oakland. Three generations of family stayed here and we could walk to the wedding party venue. The place is funky and comfortable and the beer and bottle of wine were lovely welcoming touches. Thank you making our stay so effortless.

Great spot, exactly as advertised

Robert's house was excellent for our family of four. It was clean and well-maintained, internet and TV worked great, communication could not have been easier. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space because of weather, but it looked very nice. Next time we are in the Bay Area I will be sure to check whether this property is available for a return stay.

Clean and safe! Those are always my top priorities and this place delivered on both. My family needed a convenient place to stay to deal with a last minute family emergency and the last thing I needed was added stress. Robert’s place was no stress at all! We were very grateful for the clean place, yard for my pup and soft, comfy beds. Would definitely book again if I’m in the area.

Great location, terrific local owner

We’re a family of four visiting from Atlanta for two weeks. Wonderful place to stay! Well placed between Berkeley, the City, Napa, and Marin. Emeryville just minutes away. Very comfortable home. Separate dedicated desk area for unavoidable vacation work, so you don’t have to take over the dining area with computers and papers (like I often do). And Rob, the owner, couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. We’d definitely book it again.
