Just a few minor things i found on our first night. The shower drain was clogged, by the time i finished my shower i was standing in a puddle of water.A small roach was crawling on the shower curtain and saw little one crawling on the utensils under kitchen sink.We were there for an event and didn't spend alot of time in the room til its time for bed but I was paranoid after seeing those little roaches.The place was clean and perfect after all

This was a clean room and a central location. It has a good view of the water. You can watch the fireworks from the hotel that occur everything Friday if you're here. It's very close (1/2 block) from a great food truck area. They'd a really good market at the other end of the block. Parking, like in all of Honolulu, is pricey, but if you communicate with the owner about a spot, you can get one in the hotel for less. It was a good spot, easy to get in and out for a smaller car. The owner was great at communication and was quick to respond when I had an issue with the AC. The bed was comfy and there's everything you need to make basic meals in a microwave or have coffee or tea. I would come back to this unit and owner when I'm in Hawaii next.

Good value for a Honolulu vacation

While the property is the size of a large hotel room, it was well appointed and the price was right plus the owner was very attentive to our questions about check-in and parking. We would stay there again should we need a north Waikiki beach location.

Property is clean and welcoming. Nice amenities like electric kettle, toaster, microwave, small fridge. Check in instructions were perfect and checking in took less than 5 minutes. Building is safe and nice. Host was very communicative and ensured everything was to my satisfaction. Parking was reasonably priced and secure in a garage. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot!

This condo was the perfect place for my daughter & I to stay in Honolulu! It’s so cute, clean, well appointed and has an incredible view! We were able to park the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go downtown. Highly recommend!
