Whether you spend your vacation soaking up the sun stretched across the white sands of Panama Beach or in one of our two community pools, you're going to have the time of your life! Spend your evenings relaxing in the sauna, or challenge someone to a game of horseshoe, bocce ball, or basketball then enjoy an icy cocktail on your private balcony overlooking the sugar sands of the Gulf.

Panama City offers plenty of amazing restaurants for you to check out under two miles away. Want to go on some beautiful hikes? Visit Camp Helen State Park, just three miles away, where you can find trails that take you through beach, dunes, salt marsh, and scrub forest. You can also hit up Lake Powell Park, two miles away, for fishing off the docks, crabbing, and plenty of calm water for swimming.

THINGS TO KNOW
Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family trip

The condo suited our needs for our trip down to meet family for a week away over the holidays. It was overall clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and a 7 year old. Updated kitchen and flooring were beautiful!

First of all I was notified FOUR HOURS BEFORE ARRIVING THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS OUT OF ORDER!!!We are older and having to walk up to the fifth floor was difficult!!!!There was no signage posted on the elevator saying it was out of order. Per Vacasa it was not their responsibility… everyone I spoke to pushed the blame to someone else. The condo was ok clean wise BUT the outlets were loose and some missing plate covers, black mold in the shower, knobs on shower faucets were loose bc they were not the correct ones. No hot water in bathroom sink.No extra blankets, or paper towels. No beach accessories like most other condos provide.TV in bedroom would not connect to internet.Pictures on VRBO is not what it looks like. Would not stay in this condo again!Very disappointed!

Nice condo for a quick trip!

I was worried about the reservation because of some of the negative reviews. The couch and loveseat have been replaced since prior reviews. The condo was clean and shower drained fine. We travel to Pinnacle Port for the location not decor.

Would not recommend

We USED to love pinnacle port! But with companies like VACASA taking over it is not as enjoyable. First issue we had was before check-in. The refridgerater went out and they gave us a temporary. Camper sized fridge/freezer. Also we were in a boil water notice (pcb issue not pinnacle port). But with that being said we had no storage for barely any ice period. One 7 lb bag of ice in the freezer and it was full.. one jug of milk and one jug of water and the fridge was full. So no room for storage of any other food/ drink what so ever. Conveniently the fridge wouldnt get replaced until we checked out. So very unacceptable. Zero compensation was offered either. Second issue is day of check in the elevator quit working. We were on the 5th floor with 2 young kids. "Repaired" the next day to only conveniently quit working again on the day of check-out.. 5th floor i may add again. 3rd issue was the ac does not work well. It works but if your used to a house that stays above 72 at night when you sleep then you will be fine. But if you like a cold unit this one is not it. I have been coming to pinnacle port since 2011 and this year will be my last. Thanks to companies like vacasa. We arent one of those families that expect everything to be perfect and we know things can happen. So if it was frustrating enough for me to take time and leave this long review take it too heart and look at all the other reviews about Vacasa online. Be weary when booking. Thanks

Zero up keep

Me and my family have been staying at pinnacle port for 19 year and this in the worst room we have stayed in so far. The WiFi didn't work half the time. The TV wouldn't pick up and when it did it skipped. Had to go buy light bulbs and replace 5 because they were shot. Only had 1 wash rag in a room that sleeps 6. When taking a shower the water won't drain and fills up to your ankle. Sink was broke when you turn the water on to wash your hands it will spray you or in tge floor. And the view is not good at all. When sitting in the living room you can just see the side of the building. Everything here was out dated. Now on the way home we discovered that me and my kid all have head lice from the room.

Not the greatest

Pull out beds are the worse, if you want back pain, go ahead & just sleep on them. Pretty much just sleeping on metal bars. Queen bed, good for one person, if sleeping two, be prepared for the other person to wake you up every time y’all move to get comfy. The frame is on wheels. Internet access that is “supposed to come” with the room, was not provided, nor popped up when searching for the Wifi name. Only good thing about this experience was the price & view. BUT I guess you get what you pay for. This was our first and LAST stay with this room.

Girls Trip

The condo was nice and clean and loved the location. The air went out bu we were notified and they had a back up that made it comfortable. They also had fans in the condo. There were chairs in the closet for the beach which was great because we flew in. I do wish the bedroom had curtains to block the hall lights. Other than that. Great time!

Anniversary

Too warm inside condo never got cool enough to really be comfortable. Floors were filthy and furniture was outdated. Location was beautiful and secluded which was nice but wouldn't stay at this particular condo or suggest it to anyone.

Would be perfect with a couple updates

We had a great time here. The beach is just steps away from the building and was never crowded. It was nice to be able to easily run back to our place and make some lunch or refill the cooler (not provided, we brought our own). Beach chairs were in the closet and were great to have for lounging. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful too. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The grocery store is just a couple minutes away so it was very convenient to grab anything we needed. Although this place was great for our needs there were a couple things that could be improved. We really loved being able to hear the ocean by using the screen door to the balcony, but it desperately needs replacing. It had detached from the door in places leaving large holes. We ended up getting duct tape to seal them after we had a moth the size of my hand (no joke, I wish I could attach a picture) get in the condo. The other thing that really needs replacing are the couches. They felt old and dirty, which made it uncomfortable to relax on. Other than that everything was as expected and we really enjoyed our time there. We didn't want to leave!

My first time renting from Vacasa will be my last

Problem 1, My wife and I were driving from Ohio to Orlando. We decided to stay a few days at Pinnacle Port on the way down. I booked a reservation with Vacasa for a Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. A couple of weeks later I decided to add a day. Vacasa said I could add a day at a rate $55 higher than the other days, when I questioned why it was higher they essentially said, take it or leave it. So I cancelled that reservation and made another one for the four days with another condo managed by Vacase. Problem 2, My wife and I have rented condos in Florida for 25 years, this condo was the worse we have ever rented. I took photos but they can't be posted on here. The furniture looked like it was from a garage sale, The bathroom had black stuff around the caulk of the shower door, the screen door had holes in it, the outside furniture was metal with the paint all chipped off, it smelled like a damp basement when we first arrived, we opened all windows and doors and aired it out and that cleared up. There were black scrape marks on white closet door. Overall the feeling was being in a sleezy $40 motel room. I do not like having to write a negative review but maybe it will help someone else.

Great No Frills Unit to Enjoy the Beach and View

Reason for rating: Overall, the unit was very nice, and I would consider staying here again. However, about halfway through my stay, the AC went out. The host was as accomodating as possible, and it turned out to be an issue for the entire complex, so relocation options were limited. I do not believe this is representative of the unit as a whole, but it did have a significant impact on my visit. That said, Vacasa was very apologetic and did eventually get me to a unit with independent AC. Things to know: * Beach chairs - There are some "community" chairs and umbrellas available, and they are about what you would expect. If you have your own to bring, I would recommend it. Otherwise, there are some available that will do. Additionally, there are the standard rental units available if that's your thing. * The kitchen is not particularly well appointed - no salt/pepper shakers, no tupperware if you cook and have leftovers, multiple pots but only a single sauce pan (plenty of plates and silverware, though). Not necessarily a con, just something of which to be aware. Pros: * The view obviously - it is at least as fabulous as the pictures indicate, and that's why you're here, right? * The bed is reasonably comfortable. * The patio furniture could use a fresh coat of paint, but is actually relatively comfortable. Cons: * AC went out (see above: not representative of the unit, but definitely impacted my visit) * The bedroom faces the parking lot (not obvious from the pictures), and the lights are very bright at night. A set of blackout curtains would be very helpful here. * No chain lock or other way to secure the front door at night beyond the deadbolt. * I don't know if this just keeps happening to me or if it is endemic to the current state of housekeeping, but there was a hair on the shower wall. The rest of the bathroom (including the rest of the shower) was clean, but just ick.

Vacation!!

The room overall was alright. The updates in the kitchen were well done. Our biggest problem was the temperature control in the shower. The bathroom had been partially updated but the shower faucet was not. We could not maintain a comfortable temperature and our daughter was almost severely scalded by the water changing temp from lukewarm to dangerously hot. We were told by maintenance there was nothing that could be done, which was not the answer you want to hear. Especially when you want to take a shower while on vacation. The internet was very spotty at best. My family has been coming to Pinnacle Port for over 20 years. We have stayed in several different units both in the main tower as well as the B and C buildings. We have generally dealt directly with the condo owners but went through property management company this time. This was the most problems we have had and the property management company was severely lacking in answering our questions and concerns with the standard answer being "I don't know" when asking about solutions to our problems.

Great place with great views.

This place was wonderful. It was away from the crowds of PCB, but offered a wonderful beach with tons of seashells. Great place for family. There is a pool, playground, tennis courts, and a fishing area. The only bad thing is the condo shower is a double sliding glass door that makes it difficult to bathe little ones. We will definitely be back. This is the best place we've stayed.
