What a wonderful little cabin! The near-by homes were far enough off that you had privacy, the view was wonderful and the elk were there morning and night every day. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay there for Christmas2017

A quintessential Montana cabin nestled below the mountains, away from it all, was just perfect!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in Paradise Valley at Vicky Holland's one bedroom cabin for 10 days in Sept., and it was very comfortable with everything we needed when we arrived. the highlights of the cabin were the bed made from pole pines and the front porch which looked over beautiful meadows of golden grass. We enjoyed grilling melt in your mouth Angus steaks on the grill with fresh vegetables from the Farmer's Market in Livingston, and eating on the porch with a soft warm breeze keeping us comfortable. The cabin was just as described on line, as well as being very clean, well appointed . Vicky was available to answer any questions we had. There was plenty of information in the welcome package we received before we arrived, and there were additional books in the cabin with additional info. We had great reception for our phones and TV, although we chose not to watch it (much, hurricane updates only). There were DVS for adults and children, as well as games and books to read if you didn't have one. We loved the location and Montana in general! Yellowstone Park is only about 40 minutes away. All in all, our stay was fabulous, and we were reluctant to return home to Maine.

Fantastic! Spectacular views of the mountains.

  • 5 of 5

This is truly a little peace of heaven on earth. The location is quiet and peaceful. You are surrounded by mountains. The cabin is very clean and well kept. It was the perfect place to return to after our daily adventures into Yellowstone, Gallitan National Forest, and Gardiner. The covered porch is a perfect place to have coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise as well a night cap in the evening to unwind. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. Full supply of linens and towels and bathroom essentials. Laundry. Vicky is a great host. She gave us tips on places to go to and restaurants to eat at. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Hobe Sound

A little corner of Heaven

  • 5 of 5

In June 2017 we spend a week in this little cabin in Yellow stone valley. It was probably one of our best vacations ever. The owner was waiting for us with a bottle of wine, home movie, cookies, all the food staples required in a new house. The House is on the hill with a feeder for birds that attracts multiple animals, Goffers multiple birds rabitts and Elks. There is no neighbors to bother you. The scenic is spectacular very close to the yellow stone north entrance. Everything is meticulously maintained, you will find cooking herbs, oil, vinegar and every ingredient of a normal household stored and maintained. We have 2 kids, who slept one in the couch one in the floor, both wants to come back. We went for several hikes in the close proximity and finished our day leisuring at home. The style of the furnishing constantly reminds you that you are in the mountains and gives that extra flavor.
