A private and spacious backyard includes the ultimate accessory for a fabulous vacation- a private pool with an outdoor sound system! Peaceful sunsets by the 14x32 pool, family outings to the beach, local shopping and restaurants- all within reach is sure to leave you feeling relaxed and fulfilled! 4 window a/c units, located in each bedroom along with the den. Pet Friendly with $250 Refundable Pet Deposit. Linen package available for 8 upon request at an additional cost of $265.00.

Non-refundable $295 Administrative Fee, Clean Fee $225, plus applicable state and local taxes.

Cancellation Policy:

If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund.

Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.

Cape getaway

Mooring In the Woods is a great location to explore all the best the Cape has to offer. So close to great beaches and restaurants or just stay at home in the backyard and enjoy the pool!

Wonderful!!

Loved everything about this property! The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly need ! Really enjoyed the pool after trips to the beach and the outdoor sound system was a nice added feature! Hope to return next year!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented the property numerous times with our grandchildren and grand dog and have a wonderful time. We have experienced a dirty pool each time until around midweek of our stay when it was finally serviced. Each year the grounds have been mowed trimmed and mulched...which really smells. This year something was sprayed all over the yard and pool area when we read the signs left after that it stated we should stay off the lawns...with children and a dog...really very hard and almost impossible...that was sad. We always make do no matter what comes our way but when I was notified the rental cost was significantly increasing we were all very sad because we finally found a rental we all could agree on year after year. I’m sorry to say we’ve been priced out. I would recommend this rental to families with a caution of the issues we have encountered. I guess repeat customers who embrace the house as their own goes unnoticed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is just perfect, very secluded, but about 1.5 miles from the beach, and very close to some of the other aweseome Cape beaches. House had all the amenities you could possibly wish for. Pool is sunny until about 4pm, then you get some nice shade to end the day.
