Welcome to the McCloud vacation rental home on Mt. Shasta a fully furnished family vacation home that can comfortably accommodate 10+ guests.



Each bedroom has unique custom milled decorative wood accents, granite counters, high-end ceiling lighting and ceiling fans. Each bed, including roll-a-ways have Egyptian cotton sheets, down or contour pillows, down blanket and duvet covers.



Garage, parking pad and parking for additional cars in front of house (not on grass) and behind garage.



This Mt. Shasta vacation rental home serves as a mountain retreat for discerning families bound for the unspoiled beauty of Northern California’s Shasta Cascade region.

We went to McCloud to ski at Mt. Shasta Ski Park. The home was lovely with comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and really everything to make the stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home this past weekend! It was very clean, lots of space, and a cozy wood burning stove to keep us warm ☺️ I wish we could have had a more extended stay but I know where I’ll be the next time I go to the Mt Shasta area!

The property was just right for our needs: lots of comfortable beds, large kitchen with a table to accommodate all of us, fenced back yard, a park down the street. We certainly enjoyed our time there.

We loved the coziness and location of this home. All of these houses are older which we love but this one has updates in great ways, such as newer showers, WiFi, good water pressure and comfortable beds and bedding.

Cozy home for families

The house is cozy and clean. The owner was responsive. We never got the WiFi to work but not for lack of trying by the owner. The beds were comfortable. Overall, a nice place to stay in McCloud.

Second Stay

This was our second stay at this house. We enjoyed ourselves both in the summer and in the winter. There is plenty of room for three families. The house was clean for both visits. We had 7 adults and 2 teens and plenty of room. We hope to stay there again.

Sweet location to Mt. Shasta

This place was perfect for our ski trip to Mt. Shasta. It under 20 min to the hill. The house was fully stocked even with an instant pot. The three bathroom was a plus with two family’s. We had plenty of room for all of us. We will most definitely stay here again. Abril

Lovely House

We had a wonderful stay in McCloud! The house was well stocked with kitchen equipment and is very comfortable to cook in. The placement of the bedrooms provides plenty of privacy. Despite being there during an extreme heat wave we were able to keep the temperature of the house very comfortable by following the directions provided. Many scenic spots were easily accessible. We spent most of our time in lakes.

High expectations…neighbors don’t like this being a VRBO

We had high expectations for paying a premium price especially during the off season. It was close to our event. There was plenty of wood for the wood fireplace. But…The property needs maintenance: the lock box sticks, tiles missing in ‘Master’ bath, door on second downstairs bath doesn’t fully open (warped floor), light in closet non-functional, oven broiler didn’t work, all of the door locks are installed upside down, fence boards falling off side yard, neighbors blocked alley access the entire weekend, broken glass behind garage… Other than that, a great place to sleep and have coffee in the morning.
