Whether you are looking for an adventure-filled visit to Kauai or a peaceful retreat to recharge your senses, this is the place for you! Situated only five miles from Lihue Airport sits this wonderful vacation get-away within the Kauai Beach Villas.

This fully-functional, one-bedroom two-bath villa, has been recently updated to accommodate all your needs. A comfortable Murphy bed allows two extra guests to sleep comfortably while having access to their own private bathroom.

The spacious lanai with a stunning view of the lagoon is just the place you will want to enjoy your coffee in the morning and Mai Tai in the evening. The beach is but a few minutes walk and the conveniently located barbecues are situated throughout the park-like grounds.

Located adjacent to the Villas is the lush Kauai Beach Resort which allows our guests unrestricted use of the beautiful pools and hot tubs along with the food and drink venues. Tennis courts are also available to our guests.

Bring your flip flops, a good book, and your spirit of adventure and you will surely be glad you did!

This place was amazing! They had everything we could have needed to enjoy the beach during our trip including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, a small cooler, and snorkel gear. The apartment was very nice and the property manager was very responsive. My only complaint is that the AC unit was broken when we first got there and it took a couple days to get a new one installed but the property manager was very helpful and tried her best to get it done as quickly as possible. Ultimately it was only a minor inconvenience and the rest of our stay was amazing!

We absolutely love staying here. The entire place is wonderful, beautifully maintained, and feels like a home away from home. In fact, we call it our second home. We have made this our annual Kauai stay as we impatiently return every year - it truly says everything about how special this place is to us. Additionally, the entire place is thoughtfully equipped with everything we need for a perfect stay. The host is exceptional- responsive and truly attentive. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.Mahalo!

Very nice, clean condo. Great having 2 bathrooms, lots of space, well equipped and very nice lay out. It is located in a good location, close to town. The host was easy to communicate with, very prompt with replies.Just a couple of negatives. The front door was in very bad condition, damaged by weather. Host did say this is getting replaced. Also, none of the barbecues in the area down by the pool were operational, not usable at all. Otherwise, it is a very nice unit. Mahalo!

Our stay at Robert's place was great. It was close to a great pool with hot tub. There was a great view of the beautiful courtyard and pool. The Lihue location is central to anything you would want to do on Kauai

This property is close to the airport and centrally located for exploration North or South. The host quickly responded both before and during our stay when we reached out. The on-island contact/cleaning person was a little slower to respond but did eventually connect with us about a dishwasher issue. There is a lot of beach equipment, however not all of it is in good working order. The outdoor furniture on the lanai and the lanai itself was covered in bird droppings - nothing that a little scrubbing didn't take care of. There is also a bee's nest in the lanai ceiling, we left that alone! The pool bathrooms remain locked to keep homeless out but the on-site security will unlock if guests remain at the pool area. Keep in mind, there are full time residents living at this property. During our stay one unit owner left their barking dog on the lanai from 7 am to 3pm. The unit is a good option at this price point if you will be out exploring the island for the majority of the day.

Perfect For Us

The property is a little dated but this is exactly what we are looking for. The owner is very accommodating and timely concerning communication. The pricing is fair considering the location. A well stocked condo that we will be returning to.
