Private Salt Water Pool & Spa, WALK TO BEACH, near Bean Point, GROUND LEVEL.

This family friendly beach house features cool tile floors, a 60" flat screen TV, complimentary WiFi and YouTubeTV and fans in every room. Recently remodeled, there is a new metal roof and new windows to let the sun stream in.

The living room includes a sofa and two large chairs with one ottoman. The round dining table seats six. There is an additional sofa in the lanai for those quiet mornings when you want to drink your coffee in peace while overlooking the pool. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you need to make fun meals with your family.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an unusual "wave" headboard. Painted in all white, it is designed to let your mind rest and your body relax. This bedroom features a brand new Avocado mattress (voted 2020 #1 Consumer Reports mattress). This bedroom has a new master bathroom with shower and a new washer/dryer.

The second bedroom has a new headboard and a king-size bed. The third bedroom has twin beds and a cozy rug for your feet. The second bathroom is between these rooms and has a large full shower with overhead and handheld showerhead.

The backyard is fully landscaped with a 5 1/2 foot deep (at one end) salt water pool and an air bubble spa. There is also an outside faucet and hot/cold shower (to be enclosed in the fall). We have found it very handy for washing away the sand from the beach. We also provide 6 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. There is a large beach cart, if needed, and ample private parking in front of the house.

Perfect location: Highly desirable NORTH END location in the City of Anna Maria. Just 5 minutes to the beach, and easy walk to the bay side, and to Pine Avenue with all its stores and restaurants.

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay!We had such a fantastic experience at this property! The home was spotless upon arrival and incredibly well stocked with everything we could possibly need – from kitchen essentials to beach gear. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, which made our days easy and relaxing. On top of that, the hosts were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free beach vacation!

Incredible stay! The house is a short walk from the beach, extremely clean, and very well appointed. We’ve stayed at Anna Maria half a dozen times and this was the first house that had a beach cart. This was huge for me as we are a family of 5 and I usually lug everything on my back. The backyard and pool was perfect, very tropical feel with enough shade to enough it at all times. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place on the island.

Wonderful Stay

We loved the quiet location of the house. The pool and hot tub were great! The house was very clean and well stocked with soaps, paper products, etc. There were also beach chairs,umbrellas and a beach buggy. We would definitely stay there again.

A real gem!

This home had everything we needed and more. Clean and stylish, comfy beds, excellent layout, incredible pool and hot tub in a secluded, lush backyard. An easy 7 minute walk to an incredible beach, with gorgeous sunsets and excellent fishing. Also close to great shops and restaurants. We had such a great time.

Family vacation at AMI

We really enjoyed this little beach cottage. It felt like a lot of effort went into making this VRBO feel like your personal beach home. The pool and spa were a highlight to our days and the location to the beach was ideal.

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and able to move around in a wheelchair although not all on one level so help is needed. Beautiful and clean.

Simply Wonderful

The Holly House was perfect for our family. The pool and outdoor space gave us the opportunity to relax and fire-up the grill! The complete kitchen and coffee area were a great way to start the mornings. Perfectly located with short walks to the beach shops, and dining. Goose and Gander were generous with their time and assistance. We are hoping to come back to the the Holly House very soon!

End of summer vacay

Excellent home, the pictures don’t do it justice! Pool area is an oasis and very private. Super clean and has everything you need: kitchen cooking materials, bath and beach towels, beach buggy and chairs. If you fly you just need to pack your clothes, pick up groceries on the way from the airport and you would be all set. We would love to return again!

Perfect Spring Break Get Away!

My family rented this house over spring break because our condo on Ft. Myers Beach is under repair due to hurricane Ian. My grandchildren came during the day to swim and go to the beach with us. We had a wonderful week! The house has cute decor, is clean, and has all amenities included. We will rent it again if we return to Anna Maria in the future.

Great place! Perfect for family!

My wife and I and our three young boys absolutely loved our stay here. It is perfect for families with plenty of space. The pool and hot tub are awesome! We spent a lot of time there. It’s also a short walk to the beach. The house is VERY clean and well updated inside and out. Goose and Dan were great and showed us around the property upon our arrival. They were very responsive and always available for questions. We will be back!

Perfect Paradise

We just landed back in Boston and are so sad we are not at the Holly House. The pictures are spot on, the house is so warm and comfortable. We walked to Bean Point most nights for the sunset. The kids played in the pool for a zillion hours. Its a 4 minute golf cart ride to most of the stores and other beaches. The beds are super comfortable. Lori and Dan were super easy to work with. We can't wait to return!

Decemeber Holiday on Anna Maria

The home is in a very nice location within easy walk to Beach access which is hidden at the end of Seagrape Lane. Rental Management was great. Had a couple of minor issues but they corrected them immediately. Backyard area is very nice. Would have liked more sunshine hours over more of the pool but being in December, it was was still great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will keep this home at the top of our list when we return to AMI.

Exceptional!

This property and our experience there were exceptional in so many ways. The property is perfect as is the support received. Great location, extremely comfortable beds, clean, quiet, close to the beach and we really appreciated the pool/spa. The kitchen is completely outfitted and supplied. Nothing we could want for and we hope to return. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Loved this charming beach home

I was very hesitant to book a house through VRBO without any reviews, but we took the leap and I’m SO happy to say that this place was perfect in every way. It was charming, comfortable, cozy, and convenient. The house has the most beautiful backyard, that we enjoyed was a short walk to the beach- even my 3 & 5 year old could walk there with us. I have to brag on Dan & Goose (property managers) for a second though- they were so incredibly wonderful, and helped us so much. They went above and beyond what their job entails, and were literally there to help us at a moments notice. They deserve a 5 star rating- 10, if I could! Thank you for such a wonderful stay- I would HIGHLY recommend this home away from home ❤️

Father Daughter Graduation Gift Getaway

The Holly House was absolutely perfect! My daughter just graduated from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) and as a graduation gift I wanted to provide something we can enjoy together and our week long trip to Anna Maria Island fit the bill for a relaxing vaca filled with Father / Daughter quality time. Easy walk and access to the beach and Rod & Reel Pier. The house was wonderfully appointed with coastal decor and amenities were great! Comfy beds, nice kitchen and living area and cozy porch or sitting room. The pool was ideal for a cool off plunge after a day at the beach or a morning run. Also close to many great restaurants. Bean Point is nicely tucked away from some of the more populated areas of the town but not too far where you cant walk or bike to places of interest. It was a perfectly located private retreat. The hosts Dan and Goose we very responsive to any inquiries and were able to offer an early check in as the home was vacant the day before our arrival. My daughter also commented that the owners must take great care in their guests as so much wonderful info was provided for us to research things to do, places to go and things to see. We made a must do "hit list" and knocked them all down thanks for the info provided which helped us organize our week. 5 Stars! We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

This was our second stay at Holly Bach House & it was just as wonderful as the previous stay - am sure it won’t be our last stay either. The house was so welcoming to walk into - it was very fresh and clean. The location is perfect - a quiet road and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. Plus a lovely pool with a great spa pool - perfect to relax in after our long travels and after we had hit the Mall for hours!The house was equipped with all that we needed for our stay. We loved it.

After many years of coming to the Florida gulf coast for beach vacations with our children and wishing that we could own a piece of it ourselves, we realized that we had found the right combination of privacy, idyllic white, sandy beaches, clear blue/green water and low-key family atmosphere. An easy walk to the beach was our number one priority and that’s what we have. In fact, we can walk everywhere because of the location. We can get to Holmes Beach on our bikes and to the south end of the island with a golf cart. We love the convenience!

If this is your first visit, our favorite haunts include breakfast at Ginny’s and Jane E’s, dinner at the Waterfront (they have great happy hours), $1.50 drafts at the Rod and Reel Pier, specialty cocktails at The Doctor’s Office and of course, any meal at The SandBar. We love to pick up “fresh out of the ocean” seafood from Capt Anthony’s and make it down to the beach at sunset to say goodnight.
