Newly updated cottage with loft set-up. Beach side! First floor kitchen, bathroom, and living space completely renovated. All new blinds throughout. Cottage offers small full kitchen and living space with pull-out sleeper sofa and full bathroom. Loft area upstairs offers small deck/balcony with beautiful ocean views, one Queen bed and an additional sleeper sofa. Both sleeper sofas are full size. Both levels offer water views. Steps to your access of beautiful, as well as PRIVATE Moody Beach.

There is a small gas grill as well as some beach chairs, Boogie boards and an umbrella for your use.

We loved the sweet Cozi Cottage and felt completely comfortable and at home there. Moody Beach and Wells in general are so much calmer and quieter than neighboring Ogunquit or Kennebunkport. The direct access to the beach was great, and the beach itself was easily walkable. We saw two shooting stars the first night! I would definitely come to Cozi Cottage again for another relaxing mini vacation.

Perfect little cottage

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was amazing. The cottage was quaint, but lovely. Very clean and nicely decorated. We can't wait to visit again! Perfect size for our little family.

The Cottage was clean, bright and cozy. We were just feet from the stairs to the beach. Our host was readily available if we needed her. I would certainly stay there again!

Fabulous host, house and beach!

Very nice property. Lori was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a great visit to Maine. There's no better place to watch sunrises than Moody Beach! We will be back for sure!

Perfect weekend getaway!

We were so incredibly happy with this sweet little cottage. All of our needs were met and the location is perfect. We were both impressed w the cleanliness and can’t wait to return. We wish we booked a few more weekends before it filled up! Definitely making it our Memorial Day tradition!

This is such a special place. I don't know what I love more, falling asleep to the sound of the waves or waking to the beautiful sunrise!

The Private Beach is what's most amazing. There are 4 homes on our property and only those occupying the 4 homes can use the beach all the way down to the water. You'll never want to go to a public beach again!
