This is a 2BR/2BA condo within a 6BR house. Everything pictured is private to this listing, besides the porch and the driveway. This home was completely renovated using high-end materials, so while you maybe sharing the house with other groups you will never know they were there!

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Memorial weekend 2025

We have a wonderful visit and loved our bright and open unit in a classic Charleston house. Quiet neighborhood but easy walk to everything in the downtown and historic district. Many thanks to our host.

Wonderful stay. Great location… easy walk to attractions. Neighborhood felt very safe. There are lots of younger folks around (colleges nearby). Lots of restaurants on King and Meeting which is a very short walk. Loved that they provided little white noise machines which help with any street noise.. which wasn’t an issue. The property is updated and very cute. Loved the scented toiletries provided-rum body wash, peppermint shampoo, cinnamon conditioner. Coffee provided made it easy as well… love the Nespresso coffee machine. Furniture was comfortable and smart TVs allowed us to sign in and watch the MLB playoffs. The host was awesome…making sure we were all set and was readily available if we needed anything. Keypad on the door made it easy to get checked in. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. Air conditioning worked great. Can’t think of anything they could do to improve it.

walkable to all of Charleston spots. sleeps 6 adults with blow up mattress, only 2 beds In a college area, noisy at night. very functional ,clean but not exceptional.

We stayed here for a girl's weekend (we are in our 40's) and had a wonderful experience! The property was exactly as pictured, easy walking distance to the King Street restaurants and shopping and communication with the manager was prompt friendly. Great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Apartment

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Charleston. It was very clean and cozy. The hosts were very responsive and gave us great recommendations of things to do and places to eat in Charleston. The apartment is in walking distance of several great restaurants!

A Wonderful Ling Weekend

This property is well appointed with a great downtown location. It’s close enough to upper King Street but with a two block buffer giving access but a bit more peace and quiet. We appreciated that both bedrooms had king beds.
