Fully updated mountain-modern condo with hard-wood floors, 1 spacious bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, 1 office with desk. Key-Code entrance, Nest, Oled 4K LG TV, Heos sound system. Gas fireplace. Beautiful new back deck with garden furniture, chair swing, BBQ and hammock for summer days. Onsite amenities.

This is the best fully updated and modern condo in Lake Forest. Perfect for couples or a family. It's an end unit with lots of space, a beautiful big back deck with garden furniture, a BBQ, a swing seat and a hammock. You can do yoga on the deck or play with your kids. It's calm and opposite of the condo you have direct access to a small trail to take a walk through the meadow, listen to the creek and sit on a bench under the tree to enjoy the beautiful mountains. In the morning take a short walk to the bakery for fresh baked goods. Continue on a five minute walk to the beach. Drive to town in less than 5 minutes! 20 minutes to Alpine / Squaw Ski Resort. 20 minutes to Northstar. 20 minutes to Homewood.

After commuting for three years more regularly than I initially anticipated, I decided it is time for a change. I started my own business in 2019 as a Peak Performance Coach and Consultant for tech companies to help their employees build peak performance habits to reduce stress, be more productive at work while living a better lifestyle.

I have put a lot of love into my little condo over the years from new floors, new paint, a gas fireplace, a new deck to lots of new planted trees and flowers in the backyard that I hope you will get to enjoy during your stay.
