In this private setting, you will find a two-bedroom, two-bath condo that has been well maintained. The main living space is on the top floor giving you spectacular views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding forest. Relax in the open living or enjoy a meal at the large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area. On the bottom level, you will find the master bedroom with a spacious attached bathroom as well as the guest room and bath. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach, annex located just down the road with parking and pier, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.
