Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Return the keys and FOB to lockbox
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Housekeeping will be required every 2 weeks and will be an additional cost billed by our housekeeper.
The tenant shall receive HOA governing documents and all guests will be subject to their provisions. Failure to abide by the rules is a lease default.
An HOA rule packet must be completed and the HOA office must affix the RSID to your vehicle.
