This was a great property for multiple couples as everyone could have their own bedroom and bathroom and come together in the communal space. Incredible views and location to the beach - can’t get better then that!

Beautiful view in a tired condo

This unit is tired. Pieces of broken trim, missing handles, stained ceilings, old carpet, faded furniture, chipped mirrors...the list goes on. On the plus side, the grounds are beautiful, the view lovely, and the beds are comfy. For the price, we wouldn't stay here again, though. It is really more of a 2* condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location and view of the ocean is wonderful! The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, much appreciated. Would love to stay there again! Some guests had trouble using the code to the pool, but after several tries we were able to get the door to open.

Hilton Head Family Vacation

I’ve been to Hilton Head a half a dozen times now and this was the best place we’ve stayed in. Ultimately, the view off of the balcony is what made the experience. You can see down through beach for miles given that there are no other large properties blocking the view…customer service and check in process also were fantastic. Great week and we’ll be back!

Quick Labor Day getaway

We visited from Atlanta for 3 nights with 2 parents and 4 teens. Location on Hilton Head is great. View from deck is awesome. 3 beds and 3 baths was perfect for a group our size, as everyone had space they needed. Beach access is easy and convenient. The pool is also very nice. Restaurants and golf were short drives. The condo is comfortable and well laid out. Modestly dated…the bathrooms are functional and clean but haven’t been updated. Kitchen amenities are similar…toaster, coffee pot, and utensils are functional but old. The location, view, and layout make this a good place to stay.

The pool was not heated. The beds should be replaced

The reason I picked this place because they had a nice pool area. The kids could not swim because the water was too cold. I was very disappointed about that. The beds are pretty lumpy, they should be replaced. everything else was very nice.

Great location

Great location if you want easy beach access and the Xplorie deals were a huge plus. I need to point out that where the listing reads “sofa bed” - these are not hide a beds, they are sleep on the couch. Fortunately it was our 7 year old that needed to perch there, because it wasn’t very big or comfy. I wouldn’t put the late sleepers in the loft beds as it is directly above the kitchen and common area and it is not a closed off room. I am pointing these things out to future renters to consider, we had a great time. It could definitely use some interior updates which I don’t think were accurate in the pictures, but again - it was clean, we had what we needed, and didn’t run into any unexpected issues.

Condo needs a lot of updating

Mold/musty smell strong. Mold in bathrooms around ceiling fans and tub/shower. Lightbulbs out. Deadbolt/door latches on multiple doors didn’t work. Cabinet doors don’t close. Furniture/bedding/towels good. I’d be ashamed to be the owner renting this!! Messages left for property management not returned

Centrally located to all the restaurants that we desired to try. Adequate kitchen and pans to allow for breakfast preparation each day. Delivery and pick up of beach chairs, games very convenient. Would love to stay there again.
