This condo has sustained some damage and is in the process of being renovated. We will update the listing when it becomes fully operational.

The calendar dates that are open can be booked as we look forward to the condo being completed by April 1, 2025.

The grounds have been completed and the pool is open and heated!!

This quiet corner condo is a perfect oasis for guests looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway near the beach. Inside, you will find a updated and beachy look, with many modern comforts. You will be able to cook delicious meals in the full kitchen, sit and relax on the private corner patio, walk just across the road to beach, swim in the heated pool, walk to many restaurants and bars nearby, and come back to unwind in this relaxing space.

This is a first floor condo with a private patio for your use. When you walk inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space and a full dishwasher. The living room has a pullout queen sofa and space to relax and unwind. Behind pocket doors are the bedroom and bathroom. This condo has an efficient use of space, and is a great getaway. We are steps away from the beach, and have chairs, umbrella and beach cart for your use!

Guests have access to the complex pool, multiple outdoor areas with tables and chairs, shuffleboard courts, charcoal grills, paid laundromat and one parking pass for parking at complex

You will be able to access our space through an electronic lock where you will have a personalized code. I live within 1/2 mile of this community, and am easily accessible to help solve problems! I pride myself in happy guests and great reviews, so I am readily available when needed.

This complex faces the Gulf of Mexico and is steps from the sand. Directly in front of the complex is a grille for eating breakfast or lunch (or grabbing a cold beer or Bloody Mary), as well as beach equipment rentals located right on the entrance to the beach. Within easy walking distance are dozens upon dozens of restaurants and bars, shops, convenience and grocery stores:

What we love most about this complex is the quiet location off the beaten path of Gulf Boulevard, nuzzled among several residential complexes. The option to be among the crowds or lay low is completely up to you!

One parking pass is provided, and ample parking is available around the complex. The great thing is, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and you may likely not even move your car during your stay! The city only does allow us to purchase 1 pass, so any additional parking would have to be paid meter/paystation parking nearby.

Most commonly, our guests use Tampa International Airport. They have many transportation options to St Pete Beach, so you do not have to rent a car. Once on the beach, almost everything is walkable. The closest grocery store is 1 mile, but there are restaurants and bars within a few blocks. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in this area, so if you do want to make a trip it is easy to do.
- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 or older.
- 1 digital parking permit will be issued with the condo.
- This is a No smoking property, please do not smoke within the white fenced area of property (including balcony), as this is a disruption to other nearby tenants or owners. If you are a smoker, you can do so on the sidewalk nearby or alley in back, but not in private or common areas on the property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped over balcony.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.

Stay at the beach

So close to the beach. It was great. Room was good not great. Couch was very uncomfortable. Not a problem though because we spent all our time on the beach.

Perfect!

Perfect price Perfect location Perfect unit Everything we needed and wanted was right here. Walk to neighborhood bars and restaurants. Clean location and the beach is right outside your door.

My husband Mark and I are St Pete Beach residents who can't get enough of our hometown! We purchased a condo in St Pete Beach when we were living in New York and this connection drew us to move South to the Sunshine State.

Living locally, we are accessible to renters to help with any concerns during your stay and regular communication as needed. While we are usually close by, we also have a network of people and local businesses to assist in case of emergency or maintenance issues that may arise. We primarily use electronic locks for guests to check in and out, which provide convenience and ease of checkin. Several of our units use the onsite property management office, though easy after hours checkin is still available.

We frequently enjoy our slice of paradise in St Pete Beach. We love to walk the beach, paddle board or kayak, swim in the gulf and enjoy many of the outdoor activities that the beach has to offer. We are also quite diverse when it comes to our food choices, and love the variety that St Pete Beach has to offer. We also enjoy drinking craft beer or mixed drinks while watching the sunset in paradise!

Mark and I, along with our family, own multiple condos/properties in the area, making it ideal for groups who are looking to rent and coordinate several units.

We can't wait to offer one of our homes to you as you relax and take some time away.
