Beautiful Sea Pines Home

We had a wonderful stay for Easter at this beautiful home! The house was immaculate and the new outdoor area and pool were perfect for our family. Great location, with easy bike access to the beach and restaurants.

Awesome location and great stay

Probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in- and we travel a lot! Perfect layout for us with a split floor plan and loved the heated pool. Communication with host was excellent. If we ever come back to this area, we’d book this home again!

Hilton Head Vacation 2023

My family and I stayed with our best friends in this lovely home on Sea Pines Property and it was amazing! The house was clean and homey. Very child friendly and the hosts were amazing. Highly recommend!

Great location and heated pool

The location was just three minutes away a town center which has everything we need (coffee, groceries, nail salon..). We also enjoyed being able to use Sea pines resort amenities, like their tennis courts. Our kids, 5 and 2, thoroughly enjoyed playing in the heated pool daily.

This house was perfect for our 20 something’s and their significant others , we celebrated my husbands 60 th birthday there. Plenty of space, the pool was wonderful Would definitely stay there again !

Simply Amazing!

This was our best stay yet in Hilton Head. Beautiful house with an awesome pool. Kids (2&5) loved it! Ginger, the host, is quick to respond and so nice! Neighborhood is so close to everything. We will definitely be back next year!

Great Home and Great Service

We stayed at the property for 3. nights with our two kids 6 and 3. Everything as as advertised, and it felt like home from the moment we walked in. The pool and awesome back yard set up was a hit, our kids couldn't get enough. Ginger was super responsive and helpful from booking through checkout!

Fantastic relaxing pool area

Took our adult children for a weekend at Hilton head . Everything about the house is nicely and simply done and not lacking anything ! Pool area was a favorite spot with the tv and ice maker . Ginger is extremely communicative , helpful and available which made this a top notch trip so we could enjoy every minute ! We will be back!

Updated house with all the comforts of home

The heated pool was a big hit with the 4 and 8 yr old grandsons over spring break. The big screen tv in the pool area was great too! Tastefully decorated, and plenty of clean towels in the bathroom and kitchen. A large dining area and kitchen nook for big and small meals. The house is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Ginger answered my texted questions in a timely manner.

Spring Break

My family and I stayed here for Spring Break. The house is lovely. Updated, modern, and clean. We had enough space to spread out and the new pool is the perfect edition. My kids and husband were in it every chance they got. We even did a few movie nights since there is a TV out there. If we are ever in HHI again, we will stay here!

Wonderful family vacation home!

We stayed in this beautiful family vacation home for our winter break this year! The house was spotless, has every amenity you could ask for, and a heated pool with a huge screen TV overlooking it! Our kids had the best time swimming while watching movies. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need to make meals for hungry teenagers. We absolutely loved our experience, and Ginger was so incredibly helpful with information about the area and any assistance we needed. We look forward to coming back to the house soon!

Fantastic Property

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! We’ve stayed in many homes during our trips to HHI over the years and this was by far the cleanest home to date. The kitchen was fully stocked and organized. We really appreciated the soft bath towels too! Ginger was wonderful and so very sweet to talk to. The wonderful and brand new patio and pool were absolutely fantastic and so well done. The private back yard and quiet neighborhood was also appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Wonderful house, fantastic hosts

The house is just as advertised. That backyard is amazing. Ginger is a fabulous hostess. She genuinely wants guests to enjoy themselves and have everything they need. Side note, the kitchen is stocked with green pan products. I've wanted to try them for some time now. As a result of putting them to the test during our trip, I ordered them.

Awesome stay in Sea Pines

My family stayed at Ginger’s house for 3 days and we can’t wait to come back. The house is perfect, clean and well stocked. I had a couple of questions about the area and Ginger responded immediately. We rented bikes from Sea Pines, (they deliverer them to the house for free) and enjoyed biking to everything. The grocery stores are 5 minutes by bike - the pool and Harbor Town are 15 minutes and 20 minutes to the beach club, all on separate bike paths. The Sea Pines community is beautiful and the home’s location was perfect for us!

Amazing Stay!

Ginger is the hostess with the most! She maintained great, proactive communication with me from the moment I booked the vacation to after our departure. She sent several handy guides and information in advance for the home, things to do and places to eat while there that helped us to plan a great family getaway. The home was immaculate and had every possible accessory, utensil, etc. one would need while away from home. The addition of the pool was the perfect touch to this home. Our family spent many days and evenings in the pool or poolside sharing meals and good times. I would absolutely stay here again!
