Lovely Hideaway

This was a lovely hideaway that was quiet, private and very clean right in Historic Montford. It was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Ashima was a wonderful host.

Wonderful Deck/Patio

The property was as described, a nice historic neighborhood. The back patio/deck was absolutely lovely. If you enjoy birdwatching, relaxing, watching the squirrels play-there is no better place.

Second Stay and Can't Wait to Stay Again!

Ashima is the best host! This is our second stay and we enjoyed it as much as the first time! We are hoping to come back again once more this year. The location is amazing, the space is comfortable, warm, cozy, and I can't say enough great things! Thank you so much for such great get-aways!

Couldn't Be Better

If we ever go back to Asheville, we will stay there again and will recommend it to friends and family. Great location, off street parking, nicely decorated and beautiful setting. They thought if everything to make our stay comfortable. Very clean and quiet.

Amazing little place

This place was amazing! Everything was just as expected, very clean and Ashima was so prompt with her replies and all of the info that we needed! It's very cozy, but very roomy at the same time. It was perfect for me and my husband, we will definitely be back!! Thank you Ashima!

Artfully done in Asheville

Cozy, comfortable, convenient, and artfully decorated in a wonderful neighborhood. The owner greeted us and made sure we had all we needed. Coffee on the back porch in the morning was serene and delightful.

Wedding in Asheville

Went to Asheville to attend a wedding and see family and renting Ashima's apartment was a perfect choice. The rental was clean, in a great location, the neighborhood was beautiful and Ashima was so responsive and helpful. Hoping to get back there and would rent this property again.

Hidden gem in Montford

Perfect little place for a single traveler or couple. Great location, quaint historic neighborhood convenient to downtown -walk, bike or drive. Host was very helpful and answered questions thoughtfully and quickly. Comfortable and clean. Reasonably priced. Would stay here again! Loved that there was a coffee/tea bar all set up and ready on the kitchen counter ☕️♥️

The historic Montford neighborhood where this fully property is located transports you to days gone by with all the comforts of today. Conveniently located to downtown Asheville and stellar restaurants right in the neighborhood, the cozy hideaway provides convenient access to the Biltmore House, the North Carolina Arboretum, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the River Arts District, bakeries, and breweries. A great place from which to explore the many facets of Asheville and the surrrounding areas!

Lovely little place in Montford neighborhood

This is a lovely place to stay in walkable Montford, just off of downtown Asheville (which you can also walk or bus to). The owner was very nice and responsive to us, helping out with suggestions for places to eat in the area. Lovely little back porch and yard. Grocery stores and great restaurants are close, including one of the best meals we've ever had just up the street at Tall John's. We would stay here again without hesitation. In fact, we're already planning to.
