I originally designed and built this home for a close friend of the family. When she eventually moved on, I saw an opportunity to share the space with others visiting Asheville. I knew there was a real need for a high-quality, thoughtfully designed one-bedroom option close to downtown—and this spot was too special not to share. It’s nestled in a great neighborhood with quick access to everything Asheville has to offer, making it the perfect home base for couples or solo travelers.

From the layout to the finishes, everything was thoughtfully chosen to create a cozy, high-quality space that feels both functional and luxurious. You'll enjoy easy access with private parking, modern amenities like a hot tub and king bed, and a location that puts you just minutes from downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and some of the area’s best dining and hiking. It’s a true blend of comfort, convenience, and local character.
