This stunning home on the Intracoastal Waterway is loaded with amenities including a private pool and patio with boat dockage, a large balcony and a spacious, updated interior that can accommodate up to 10 guests. A perfect rental home for you and your family or friends with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. This home that has all the home away amenities to make your stay at Marathon Key unforgettable! When you need to book 3 or 4 bedrooms for the family, you can book this beautiful 4-Bedroom Villa home with a full gourmet kitchen. Nestled 10 minutes away from Sombrero Beach where you can easily enjoy the white sand beaches, playgrounds, tiki's with seating and plenty of palm trees to gaze at the sparkling water. Close by enjoy various restaurants for every taste, shopping & everything else Keys has to offer!

Simply being around the pool or dock, providing the perfect atmosphere to relax and/or entertain with your friends and family! The Villa also offers a private pool with plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the Florida sunshine. An outdoor entertaining area features gas grill, outdoor eating area and Tiki bar with all the space you need to enjoy a spectacular day or evening with your guests.

* One/Two car covered carport, large space to park boat trailer or extra parking. Lot next door to Villa is unbuilt with lots of vegetation for extra privacy.
* 4 adults bikes and 2 kids bikes
* Large lighted cover porch with refrigerator, bait freezer, ice maker, Table with four oversized chairs, Four Chaise Lounge Chair with Cushions, uncovered area offers outdoor grill, Tiki bar, hammock, two 11 Feet Double Top Deluxe Square Patio Umbrella and double rocking chair.
* Dock 30' can accommodate a 29' boat, Fish Station, Underwater Fish & Dock Light System, Electric Outlet, Water Hose, Ladder, two Freestyle XL Paddleboard and one canoe

Second Floor:
* Living Room featuring a large sectional with pull out bed, Flat Screen large 4k smart TV, Radio Bluetooth control home speakers and outside speaker; Media Center stocked with games to play with your family
* Dining Area: Seating for 6 at table and additional 4 at Breakfast Bar
* Gourmet Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances and completely stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots/pans, blender and everything else you need to prepare your favorite meals!

Vacationing at our home puts you at the heart of all Florida keys has to offer. In addition to walking to the white sand beaches, this well-known Florida destination offers other opportunities to get familiar with the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic , numerous fishing and boat tours are available from the Marathon Beach Marina. You can take a 5-15 minute drive and visit Crane Point Museum & Nature Center, Dolphin Research Center, Curry Hammock State Park, EAA Air Museum, Turtle Hospital and Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters. Experience everything from a casual Grouper sandwich to fine dining all within walking distance. Each night, tourists and residents alike flock to Key West to enjoy celebrations featuring live music and locally made artisan creations. 1 hr drive.

Bring your boat and make use of the private boat dockage in your backyard to easily access your vessel and spend a day enjoying the ocean. The slip will accommodate boats approximately 29' in length, with drafts up to five feet. About a 20 Minute drive to Atlantic!

Great place to stay

This property is a great place to stay in Marathon. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool was refreshing, and all of the outdoor amenities were perfect. Once you arrive there is no reason to leave. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great relaxing vacation.

Wonderful Unique family vacation!

This was such a memorable family vacation for us! We saw manatees off the dock and while swimming at Sombrero beach. Our kids loved the pool, kayaking, fishing and being up close with crabs and lizards. The house was perfect for us and is very well kept!! I highly recommend this vacation home!

Great vacation home

We loved this vacation home. Ariana made is extremely easy throughout the entire process and was very friendly. House was stocked with plenty of linens for our entire party. We loved that it was within walking distance to Publix, Walgreen, K-mart, and Winn Dixie. Will definitely book this home for our next Keys vacation!

Family Christmas vacation

We had a wonderful time on our family Christmas trip, the house was beautiful. Very good location, the paddle boards and kayak were great, pool was beautiful (sadly the pool heater was not working but there were so many other things to do we stayed busy the whole time. ) We will definitely be back soon 😁

Great House and Location

We rented this property for the start of lobster and loved its amenities. From the pool and outdoor speakers to ice maker and downstairs fridge/freezer, you have everything you need. Publix and Kmart are only a short 3 min walk away and since you are centrally located on marathon, local dive shops and marinas are close by as well.

Great location with LOTS of Amenities!

Located in the heart of Marathon, only a short drive to Sombrero Beach, just next door to Publix and many other shopping locations. My kids LOVED the pool and fishing from the dock and the we LOVED all the amenities provided for fun in the pool and fishing! We had a group of 7 and had plenty of room throughout the house. Crystal was wonderful - geat communication and addressed minor issues we encountered very quickly! Would definitely stay again!

Great stay in Marathon!

Our stay with our kids and grandchildren was wonderful . It was clean, cute, and very comfortable . We are glad that we did pay the extra charge for the heated pool. It was cooler since it was December . We loved the location also. There is a Publix right around the corner which came in very handy. Crystal even left us cute plates, napkins, and champagne for New Years Eve! We would highly recommend this property !

This was our second spring break that we have spent in Marathon. We loved every minute of it! Having stayed at a similar property last year, we thought we knew what to expect. However, this house was even better. The refrigerator and ice maker located out by the pool was so nice. We also really enjoyed the paddle boards and kayak. The first day we were there we even had a visit from a manatee. So amazing! We are already talking about booking again for next year.

Gorgeous house with every amenity you can imagine!

My family of 6 enjoyed a fantastic week at Keepin' It Reel for Spring Break 2019. The house is new and well decorated and we couldn't have been more comfortable. What was really exceptional to us, was how fun the house was and how Manuel and Ariana have provided everything renters might need at the house. They had paddle boards and a kayak that we used every morning in the canal, brand new life jackets in multiple sizes, bikes and helmets, tons of pool toys and beach chairs/umbrella/toys, fishing equipment, and more beach towels and linens than you'll need. Finally, the location of the house is great. In the center of it all in Marathon, a very short walk to the grocery store, and located on a beautiful canal. We had a lovely stay and hope to return!!

Perfectly appointed vacation home

We had a great time at "Keepin it Reel". The house had everything we needed for the week. Everyone room was well supplied, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms etc. The pool area was fantastic, lots of chairs, a dining area, refrigerator and TV. We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayak too. Walking to the grocery store and a few local restaurants was super convenient. We spent days in Key West and Key Largo, both convenient drives. My favorite days were the ones spent relaxing at the house, on the screened in porch or in the pool. One note, the beaches of the Keys are heavy with seaweed and Sombero Beach down the road was under some construction at the time of our visit. The pool or time out on a boat was a much nicer option.

Beautiful waterfront home with all amenities needed for vacation week

The Keepin It Reel House was amazing. I and 8 others came to Marathon for our annual fishing trip, we were all able to sleep comfortably in the house. House was very clean and had plenty of towels and bedding for all. We utilized the kayak, paddle boards and bikes. We felt there was enough cooking equipment and the propane was full for the grill and the outside TV was great. Really was close to everything we wanted. Ariana was more than accommodating to our needs. The location is perfect we were able to get to all our fishing spots with ease and we were even able to do some snorkeling at the three-mile reef. We will be returning in the future. One of the most memorable fishing trips to date. Book your stay here.... you won't be disappointed!!!

The Perfect Place

We had 5 adults on our vacation. This house was comfortable enough for us to all have our own space. Full kitchen with everything you need including dishwasher/washing machine soaps, plenty of dishes to cook any type meal, 2 refrigerators, ice machine and more. My husband and I stayed in the master suite upstairs. It was well appointed and very specious. Loved the USB ports and plugs in the nightstands for charging electronics. The outside area is amazing for hanging out. Plenty of lounge chairs and a full dining room size table. This house is at the end of the canal so we had an extra feeling of privacy. It is walking distance to Publix as well. We absolutely loved this place. Ariana checked on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. She was very responsive and gracious. Thank you for the PERFECT PLACE!

Paradise Found

First off, the property manager Crystal is a joy to work with. Very easy to communicate with and takes pride in her job. It's clearly visible from the moment you walk inside. The home is dreamy. Gorgeous layout. Right on a quiet, dead end canal. Vacant lot next door. Plenty of space to stretch out and every pot and pan, grill, and Pool toy a person could ask for. TVs in every room, including the outside porch area. Great outdoor fridge and ice machine, with a bait freezer near by. The location is a gem with publix, walgreens, sandals, Winn Dixie, as well as 2 liquor stores......all within a 2 minute walk. Plenty of parking. Being pet friendly made it even better. Unit is quiet, even with neighbors next door. Our family loved in and have already requested it for same time next year.

Perfect vacation home and great location!

Keepin' it Reel in Marathon was a fabulous home away from home. The owners provide everything that is needed for a great vacation. A couple of small issues came up during our visit and the owners took care of them immediately. The townhome was very private and there was plenty of room for all 8 adults. And the unit was perfect for everyone to have some privacy. While the area is still recovering from the 2017 Hurricane there is plenty to do. We enjoyed the daily visits from the Iguana's that live in the canal behind the unit. Bike riding is a must; you don't even need your car to go to Crane Point Museum/Nature Center or the Beach. And if you are lucky, you can see the local turtle hospital releasing a rehabilitated turtle during your stay. Publix and Kmart are also within walking distance. And the nice guys at the Air Museum even invited us to their Saturday morning pancake breakfast. Key West is only 50 miles away but with all the attractions in Marathon, we only made it there 1 day. Comfortable!

Overall, the property was quite comfortable. The property was well maintained and provided sufficient space for our group. Being on the dock was a plus…lots of fishing. The pool was well used by the kids.

Loved Keepin it Real

We’ve been lobstering mini season for several years but stayed in hotels. This was the perfect location for our group of friends and teens. We loved the fridge and freezer downstairs and the outdoor grill. We took turns cooking on grill and kitchen. It was a dream to stay here. There was enough space for 9 of us without being on top of each other. I loved the master bath and bedroom and the view of my boat on the dock! My favorite thing was the pool. After staying in hotels it’s so great to have your own pool! We will be back every year. Thanks Crystal.

House exceeded expectations: immaculate, adorably decorated, furnished beautifully, and filled with necessities and an abundance of amenities. Conveniently located between Key Largo and Key West! Crystal was so accommodating and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. My family had planned on bringing our doggy but unfortunately she passed away before our trip; Crystal left us flowers on the porch to offer her condolences; so kind, completely unexpected, and thoughtful. Definitely recommend this rental!

We took our son, both daughters and two friends for vacation, celebrating our son's HS graduation. Marathon is an excellent choice, centrally located between Key Largo and Key West. House was immaculate, perfect for our group.

Great family spot

House is great and was perfect for our two families and little ones! Previous tenants did not treat the pool well, but they had it all fixed and working again by the first night we were there!
