This place was fabulous! Location was perfect. You can walk to the beach or the bay, walk to restaurants and Starbucks (you’ll understand if you have a teenage daughter…lol). The house was clean and had everything we needed. Alex is a great host with great communication. We will definitely be back.

The owner was great, quick to respond and provided excellent information about the home and the area. Believe what he says about parking in the garage, it is a tight fit. Amazing stay!

We love visiting San Diego and now have found our spot. Having a modern space with a garage and walking distance to everything is hard to come by at the beach… this delivered and some. Great for families!

We loved our stay. The property was well stocked with beach toys and kitchen equipment and the location was great! We walked along the beach each morning and got fresh coffee, juice and bakery treats from local businesses - all within a short walk! The hosts were great - very thoughtful and responsive. We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful townhome, clean and accurately displayed in listing photos. Owner (Alex) very responsive and helpful. Great location- lots of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance and centrally located to enjoy all the SD area has to offer. I highly recommend staying here!

This house was perfect for our family of four. Great location with an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. Alex was great at communicating with us before and during our trip. The garage is a tight fit so make sure you get a small suv or car. Would definitely stay here again!

Every detail was though of, this is a fully stocked home! Simply pack your things and come get away, everything from full-sized toiletry items to a stocked kitchen, along with fun (and handy) items for the beach...which is just steps away. GREAT location and attentive communication with the manager during our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Perfect family spot

Our family with 3 young kids stayed here and it was a hit! The most well stocked and thoughtfully stocked place we’ve rented. Nice decorative finishes as well. They thought of everything, beach items, kitchen extras, kids loved the two boxes of toys in the bunk room. It was so sunny and clean! Loved morning walks along the bay and evening strolls on the busier boardwalk for sunsets. Parking was tight but it was very nice to have a spot. The hosts were easy to work with, very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was well. Would 100 percent recommend this place!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS

This was our very first VRBO rental and it far exceeded all of my expectations. I honestly don't know how I'll ever be able to rent anything else that would compare. We had several friends who also rented different houses in our area during our stay and our house was exceptionally clean in comparison. It is decorated beautiful and it really felt like home for the week. I have 2 daughters: 12 years old and 10 years old and there was something to do for everyone. My husband and I and my kids absolutely loved the property, location, amenities left for our use. Alex was incredible to work with. So thoughtful and responsive. I give our overall experience a 10This is the best location and the best house! I can't wait to hopefully be back next summer.

Great place to stay! The house was very equipped in the kitchen, plenty of bath towels, and beach towels, and lots of accessories for the beach! We enjoyed the bikes as well! Short walk to the bay and ocean. The host was quick to respond. There was a broken shower head in the master otherwise everything else was in perfect working order. Thank you, Alex, for accommodating our family! I would stay here in the future! 😊

Fantastic condo and location!

Our host, Alex, was responsive and fantastic to rent from!! He went the extra mile knowing our daughter was in SD to have a beach wedding and he had flowers me champagne waiting for us! The condo is equipped with absolutely everything you would ever need from beach toys , chairs, blankets, towels to a fully equiped kitchen. The furnishings and kitchen things are great quality items!! It’s fantastic all around! Only room for improvement would be a tv in the second upstairs bedroom.

It’s Like Stay At A Friends House

You can tell that the family that owns this house, loves it & uses it. We have a 1 year old and 2 year old so staying in hotels or another persons house can be hard for us. This house is the perfect combinations of luxury and family friendly. This house has everything you need for a beach vacation (towels, chairs, bikes, toys, sand wagon, & even a hose in the garage). The property owner did a wonderful job communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend!!!
