Sunset Views on Lake Michigan Beach - perfect for large family gatherings!

Amazing 10,000+ square foot home with 200 feet of Lake Michigan Beach with sunset views over the Manitou Islands. This is the perfect house for multigenerational family gatherings, or vacationing with multiple families under one roof! Plenty of private space as well as communal space to enjoy time together and to relax. Set back from M-22, this house is minutes from Fishtown, Leland, close to many of wineries and a short drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes. This home has a private heated outdoor pool with kiddie pool area on the east side of the house protected from the wind off the lake. There is a hot tub on the patio overlooking the lake and outdoor showers just off the beach. Resort style steam room, sauna and exercise room as well as changing rooms in the basement with walk out access to the beach. Two masters with king size beds and en suite baths and a fireplace in the first floor master. Four amazing bedroom suites with each with a king bed, and separate bunk room with 4 twin beds each, sitting area and bathroom. Lake views from every room! Huge game room with kitchenette, pool table, ping pong table and great hang out area. Walk for miles along the beach of Good Harbor Bay. This was our second time staying here. The setting on the lake with the views, sounds, and breeze quite literally never gets old. The property manager is incredibly helpful and responsive. Beautiful home

We enjoyed a great week with our family at this beautiful home! The house had everything we were looking for and more - pool, gorgeous wide beach, plenty of space for family gatherings, private bedrooms, and wonderful location!

Beautiful home and gorgeous views

We had a wonderful stay with our large group and Michigan sunsets can’t be beat. The kids loved moving between the lake, pool and hot tub. Cara was wonderful to work with and helped us with any questions/needs we had while staying at the house.

We loved the accommodations! The beach is glorious and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. There was plenty of space for the ten of us to relax. The kitchen is well stocked. We plan to return next summer!

Leland Beach House

The beach house is awesome. Plenty of space for 10 of us -- three couples and four children. The beach was beautiful and the water was super clear. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub too. Highly recommended.

A very special house

From the moment you pull into the driveway you instantly know this house will surpass your expectations. Walking in the front door and seeing panoramic views of Lake Michigan is incredible. The house has tons of space, incredible amenities, and a great host. We especially loved the thoughtful indoor activities for our kids in case of rainy weather. This place is truly special and we absolutely loved our time there.

Dream home on Lake Michigan

We loved this home, its layout, the amenities, and the area. The beach was gorgeous and huge. Even though the heat in the pool wasn’t working some of our time, it was still swimmable. The hot tub looking over the lake was lovely too. I especially loved the layout of the house - bedrooms felt separate and private. But perhaps my favorite thing of all was the area - we enjoyed exploring Sutton Bay, Northport, and Leland.

Awesome Beach House!

A+ all around. The property and views are gorgeous. The pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub were all top notch. The screened-in porches which allow the bedroom doors to be open to hear the waves and feel the lake breeze add to this ultimate relaxation home. Top notch in every way! Great communication as well from the property manager. She was excellent before, during, and after our stay. Couldn’t be more pleased and we plan to be back again someday. Thanks for everything!

This is a magical piece of Michigan splendor. Pictures cannot convey the spectacular location and the grand surroundings. Beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished, this home was a dream for our extended family from 3 years old to73. Cara is an amazing ambassador for this home, competent, efficient, knowledgeable and available. Truly the fulfillment of a fantasy family vacation. Thank you for sharing.

Fantastic which included everything we could hope for.

We were devastated to find that we were not given the opportunity to rent again for next summer. In past years the renters were given first chance for rebooking for their same week before the books were open to new renters. We would be anxious to return if given the chance to come back.

Memory Making Family Favorite

This is our 2nd yr and our 3 generation family of 19 prays that we can repeat it all again. This oasis retreat has it all—the kids go from the pool, to the lake, to the hot tub and repeat it all again. The private suites for all the families is like no other home you can find and the game/video room is beyond words. Cara is incredible to work with and always a responsive text away. Great house for large gathering

Large house with plenty of room for multiple families. Multiple living areas for adults and kids with ping pong table and games. Right on the beach with amazing views, multiple outdoor areas to watch the sunset, short trip down some steps to the beach. Communication was great. Location is quiet and secluded but does mean you need to do a big grocery trip on your way up. There are some smaller stores closer by with just a few staples. We had an amazing stay with two grandparents, six parents, and five little ones. I wouldn’t be surprised if we end up there again every year

Amazing views and lots of space, something for everyone

Great setup, accomodations are perfect for large groups or multiple families sharing vacation time together. The pool is outstanding and the beach ....well it's what every Lake Michigan beach house wants...large and short walk to it. If there was anything to critique then the house does need a bit of TLC with some lighting, maybe some updated television sets although we weren't up there for watching TV the football games are nice to have when taking a break from everything else. All in all, you can't go wrong here and the property manager is very easy to work with and responsive. One thing to note, the manager did mention that they are aware of some light issues and that that have been working towards fixing some of those items. Would definitely stay here again without looking any further.

Beautiful place. Amazing beach. Pool was nice bonus on windy days. Kitchen was great for group cooked meals. Hot tub was nice. Fire pit by hot tub and metal fire ring for fire on beach were great. The driveway had ample room for folks to park on the side while other cars could still get through. 2 person kayak was nice bonus. Beds were comfortable. Google mesh wi-fi worked pretty well throughout the house, although we did bring an extra wi-fi access point to directionally face the beach. Game room was well enjoyed by the teenagers. The sound system throughout the property was really cool too. We hooked up a Wiim Spotify device to the receiver so we could let anybody stream the playlist throughout the week (Cara, you should add one of those as standard!) Cara was a spectacular host/property manager. She spent time giving us the rundown when we arrived, was available for calls and texts throughout the stay, and was really great to work with.

Absolutely Perfect

Our stay was nothing short of perfect! The home, beach, and pool were top notch. The bedrooms were all completely ideal for our 5 households of extended family — cousins loved to share bunk rooms, and those who had to work remotely during the trip had an entire office with adequate internet. Nobody got “the crappy room” because they were all great. The location is perfect. Breathtaking sunsets, peaceful beach, awesome rock hunting, and close access to all the other great towns and attractions in the area. Didn’t do too many trips away from the house though because everybody had plenty to do right there. The sauna, steam room, and hot tub were all in nice working order. The pool is even better than photos — 9 ft deep yet has a built in toddler area and a safety cover. The home was truly built for the pleasure of both kids and adults. There were plenty of kitchen amenities to make it easy to cook most of our meals for our group of 20 and eat at the house. There were plenty of outdoor chairs, beach towels, sand, and pool toys. It was a very private stay, but when we did meet the neighbors briefly, they were really friendly. We did many beach walks and barely saw other people. Truly a private, peaceful, slice of the gorgeous Lake Michigan. Cara was fantastic, super responsive, and easy to work with. We are looking forward to visiting again next year!

This home has it all. Bring your family and friends and you really never have to leave. There is plenty of room for all ages to enjoy. The beach is sandy and the view spectacular.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

There are two suites on the main level and two on the upper level. They offer privacy and space to spread out. Each suite has an attached bunk room with 4 twin beds. The sitting area has a couch and a comfy club chair.
Did we mention the pool, the hot tub, 2 outdoor showers, steam room and sauna!
While we are pleased to have these available for your use, however, they each require unique maintenance and repair service that may not always be immediately available.
