There's also a second dining area with lovely views outside, so you can enjoy your meals with a touch of nature.

One of the best spots in the house is the three-season room where you can sip your Finger Lakes wine, relax, and unwind no matter the season. It's a bright, peaceful space perfect for making memories with family or friends.

The home offers three private bedrooms that provide a comfy and quiet place to rest after your adventures. Whether you're traveling as a couple, family, or group of friends, you'll find plenty of room to relax and recharge.

Just a short walk from the house, you'll find shared lake access with a grassy area and a communal fire pit, perfect for evening marshmallow roasting or chatting under the stars. The shared dock lets you enjoy the lake with ease — perfect for a swim or launching a kayak.

Nearby, you'll discover local favorites like The Honeoye Boat House Grille and Mill Creek Café, as well as the Noble Shepherd Craft Brewery if you're in the mood to sample some great Finger Lakes brews. Letchworth State Park, known as the “Grand Canyon of the East,” is just a short drive away for hiking and sightseeing.

With parking for four vehicles and easy access to the lake, this vacation home makes it simple to settle in and start your Finger Lakes adventure. Please note that boats cannot be tied to the dock, and the dock is seasonal.

Honeoye Haven is a smoke-free property that welcomes one small dog under 20 pounds. The home does not have air conditioning, and some outdoor amenities are seasonal, so be sure to plan your visit accordingly.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 1 dog under 20 lbs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies.
