Completely remodeled in 2021 and just a half-mile from Footbridge Beach, this bright and beautiful cottage is the ideal place to stage a fun-filled vacation! Inside, the home enjoys cool tones, wood accents, and plenty of space to move around. Kick back on the living room's comfy sofa to stream a good Netflix, Hulu, or Prime movie on TV. The efficient little kitchenette is equipped with a farmhouse sink, attractive shelving and storage, and all the small and major appliances and counter space you'll need to create something special (no dishwasher). Enjoy your masterpiece on the two breakfast bar stools or at the living room's dining table with bench seating.

The furnished patio includes two Adirondack chairs, a great place to savor morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Have a little work to do while you're here? The high-speed WiFi will make it easy to do online research for those last-minute projects, and the dining table doubles as a convenient workspace. After spending a day at the beach, come home to enjoy a fun barbecue with friends via the private gas grill. There are two mini-spit air-conditioning and heating units for added comfort.

This tranquil summer cottage sits on the edge of Beach Plum Farm and Community Gardens, just up the road from Footbridge Beach. Take morning strolls on the farm trails next door, pack your boogie boards for beautiful days at the beach, and walk up to Main Street for dinners of fresh local lobster.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
