Great week on Indian Rocks Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I booked a week at Sea Isles I. From the initial conversations with Sue I knew we went to the right team. She helped me decide which unit would be best for us and she was spot on! We loved the unit, and cant say enough about how amazing the view was. We would highly recommend, and plan to book again next year.

To be clear,I am from the area and my husband and I were not staying here for vacation purposes . We came down to take care of aging parents and wanted to be somehwere nearby where I could come ‘home’ to at night and breathe and gather thoughts and walk on beach. The unit was ok, but I would not stay there again unless it was renovated and taken care of better for incoming guests .Pros: *VRBO is easy to use and book with and overall . * On the beach Cons: This unit is owned by a management company and you are actually doing business with them and not a private owner. The unit is dirty and bathrooms need to be updated and painted . Pics attached . I felt very uncomfortable after laying down to stretch out after driving all day, onto one of the beds flat on stomach ,only to smell what was apparently some kind of strong scent very concentrated only in middle of comforter like it had been sprayed there on purpose. That, in turn, made me wash the comforter(s) and sheets because I was not sure they had been. Not something a guest should have to do .Railing outside on porch is really dirty and elevator has a hole covered w/ a rug.Several dirty dishes in cabinets which speaks to the cleanliness aspect as did the greasy fingerprints on walls and cabinets .

The condo is individually owned, and the owners have hired our small management company to handle advertising, bookings, and guest management. Had the cleaning concerns been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have promptly sent our cleaning team to address them. We would have appreciated the opportunity to resolve these issues at the time rather than learning about them weeks later. We will be reviewing your feedback with our cleaner to help ensure a better experience for future guests. We will also pass along your renovation suggestions to the owners. Regarding the small spot of water damage, we acknowledge that there is an affected area and the owner is working on planning a repair for that. The elevator is managed by the condominium association and is scheduled for renovation next week.

More then happy with this property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been going to Indian Rocks Beach since the late 1970s. This is the first time I’ve stayed in this unit. I can say this. It’s well taken care of and in excellent condition. Property management company was great to work with. I love the private elevator and the beautiful view from the top floor. Walking distance to restaurants and a short drive to other services like grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. I would stay here again.

Beach view was great, parking was convenient and felt safe. Elevator was dirty and had a soft spot in the floor. The grill was in a horrible spot in the parking area, wish it was closer to the pool area. The bathroom shower did not drain so by the end if the shower you were standing in a few inches of water. The unit could use some upgrades, i know the sea salt air can rust stuff easily so i wasn't surprised, but over all it was a great location and we enjiyed being there.

Had a wonderful experience. Condo was very well stocked with everything we needed. Very accommodating. Loved having an elevator that goes directly to the condo and having a front row view to seeing dolphins in the ocean every day. Had great weather. The host was amazing. Excellent communication. This Beachfront Penthouse is incredible, furnished like a home away from home. The balcony and the balcony furniture were a perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The location of this property is excellent. We were able to walk to several great restaurants. The private elevator is a luxury! We hope to be back next year at this time!
