Penthouse op de bovenste verdieping met 2 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers met een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico.

King in de slaapkamer met uw eigen badkamer en inloopdouche, Queen in gast slaapkamer en een tweepersoons slaapbank in de woonkamer voor extra gasten. Prive-lift brengt u naar uw balkon waar u kunt genieten van een fantastisch uitzicht op de zonsondergang, dolfijnen kijken of gewoon ontspannen na een lange dag op het strand of het zwembad!

Volledig uitgeruste keuken met alle kleine extra's die u zou verwachten van die hartige zelfgemaakte maaltijden te genieten. Flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer met surround sound-systeem om te genieten van uw favoriete film of show, samen met een dvd-speler, stereosysteem en gratis wifi in het hele appartement om u verbonden te houden met uw vrienden en familie. Flatscreen in de master en logeerkamer ook. Compleet met alle beddengoed en handdoeken, inclusief strandlakens. We leveren ook strandstoelen, parasols en strandspeelgoed, dus u hoeft die artikelen niet in te pakken! BBQ-grillruimte gedeeld met het complex om wat hamburgers te grillen na een lange dag op het strand of uw verse vangst.

Het appartement ligt dicht bij veel goede restaurants, sommige liggen op loopafstand. Je hebt ook een tramstop dicht bij het complex als je op een strandwagen wilt springen en een schilderachtig uitzicht op en langs de Golfkust wilt nemen zonder je auto te hoeven besturen.

Indian Rocks Beach is een prachtige badplaats met veel leuke dingen om te doen en geweldige kleine winkels, restaurants, ijssalons, bakkerijen, alle dingen die die prachtige strandvakantieherinneringen maken! U wilt niet dat uw vakantie eindigt!

Bezoek het Clearwater Beach-gebied voor bekroonde stranden, geweldige restaurants en het nachtleven. Geniet van golflopers, parsailing, Segway-tours, dolfijnentours, diepzeevissen, dinercruises in de Clearwater Marina of huur paddleboards, boten of kajaks net ten zuiden van u in Indian Shores bij Island Marine Rentals. Ga zeker naar Pier 60 voor de nachtelijke zonsondergangviering of bekijk Johns Pass om de restaurants aan het water, fantastische winkels en waterexcursies te ervaren.

Loved this property and the great location! Unfortunately, we had to leave early because Hurricane Ida pushed red tide back into the Gulf side beaches. Would definitely return to this property in the future. Sue was easy to get in touch with for any questions we had or anything we needed.

We loved our stay!

This unit is beautiful and very spacious. There were 6 of us, and it had plenty of space for all of us and our belongings. It was extremely clean, and the kitchen is definitely stocked. We cooked meals a few nights and had everything we needed. The view from the sliding glass door to the balcony is gorgeous. My kids especially loved the pool and how clean it was. We absolutely loved our stay, and it was also a pleasure to work with Sue. We locked the deadbolt on the main door out of habit and forgot the elevator key, which meant we were locked out of the unit. To our luck, Sue was just down the road, came to our rescue, and was very sweet! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy this beautiful unit, and we look forward to staying again in the future!

The private elevator and assigned parking space are great perks! The only complaint is that it was hot in the master bedroom even using the ceiling fan and two box fans. The vent to the room was not blocked and the air filter was clean. That room may just get more direct sunlight during the day. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely rent this condo again.

Great Beach View!

Overall this property was great for a trip to the beach and escape from winter! We loved the balcony and easy access to the beach....literally walk off the elevator and its a few steps away! The pool was heated and felt like bath water which was great on days when it was mid 60's , my kids swam in the pool daily. During our stay the elevator was being repaired in some way and so anyone could get off at our condo which I didn't like because I have young kids and that just didn't feel safe. The last full day we saw someone working on the elevator and it never worked again from there.....this left my husband having to carry our luggage down 4 flights of stairs upon leaving. The beach chairs provided were all very rusty and I had rust on my hands for majority of our stay and it stained our swimsuits as well. That was frustrating, but they had beach toys and umbrella which was great. The other issue was the tub/shower water in the kids bathroom (guest bath) was either cold or burning hot, no in between. We all ended up in the much smaller master bath to get clean. The guest bathroom was much larger and so I ended up in that bathroom getting ready more often than the master. Overall great property, but the few hiccups we had the management group was very fast to fix. The view and easy beach access made up for all of that! We did see dolphins during our stay as well.

Great and Clean Property

Lot's of beach items to use, chairs umbrellas etc. Clean, beds that are comfy and it's the top floor. Only upgrade I would do is add a wifi cable box (spectrum has them) for the living room TV. If you don't have prepaid streaming apps you cant watch any big events (like professional sports, live TV etc) that could be a bummer for some people.
