We needed a long-term place for a crew of our guys working on a project in the area, and Julie was such a gracious host! We had to extend the stay a couple times, and she was able to accommodate us. Communication was very open, and Julie was quick to respond.
We had a great time staying with friends for a wedding weekend. The house had everything we needed and the owner was great to work with for any last minute questions. Would absolutely book again.
We were displaced from our home due to fire/smoke damage and we needed a place until we could safely move back hime. Julie's place had everything we needed, location was good, we were comfortable for our 2 months stay. She was very accomdadting and understanding when we requested to extend a few times due to timeline of our move in date being pushed back. Would recommend.
It was a very nice place! located in a nice neighborhood it was quite and peaceful

About the host
Hosted by Julie Foster
Fell in love with Idaho in 2002 watching it grow has been inevitable since so many other travelers are recognizing the beauty surrounding Idaho. Every great city must deal with growth. I didn't want to just rent out my house the appeal to VRBO my place was the perfect fit. I can enjoy out home whenever it's not filled with out of town guests.
Why they chose this property
Not a regular house this home has charm and personality it was custom built in 2002. The only down side is, wish it was bigger. I like the separate family and living room set up so family members can get space and enjoy differing activities.
What makes this property unique
2nd story balcony allows views of the park. Island kitchen has a grill if you dont want to cook outside.
