There is plenty of seating with extra leaves for the table if needed. There is a full shared bathroom plus a half bath on this level for easy use. Downstairs includes two more bedrooms, both hold a queen plus one twin in each room. These rooms share a full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower combo.

Parking:
Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in this driveway. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
