This recently remodeled spacious suite sits on the hillside in a quiet neighborhood of luxury homes in Point Loma. Just 6 blocks from the waters edge at Sunset Cliffs, the space is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Includes eco friendly features such as solar power (with Tesla batteries), and Level 2 EV charging available for guests. We use environmental friendly cleaning and shower products for your stay. The recently remodeled interiors feature a spacious floor plan (~1300 sq ft); you are sure to feel right at home to unwind and reboot from sunrise to sunset.

The Space

This modern, recently remodeled, separate guest suite is spacious and professionally decorated with a tasteful coastal vibe. There is ample free public parking on the street in front of the house. We offer books and games, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and beach towels- everything you need for a fun day at the beach. The unit does not have air conditioning, but with coastal breezes and ceiling and floor fans, this is generally not a problem.

While we strive to provide a safe environment for all guests, it's important to note that our home is situated on a hillside with an open front deck. We encourage all guests, especially those with children, to exercise caution and watch their kids carefully during their stay. Please be mindful of the terrain and supervise children at all times. By booking our property, guests acknowledge and accept this responsibility.


-This is a NO PET Home. We adore pets but due to a family member with a severe allergy we are unable to host your furry friends. The NO PET policy does include service animals. Please feel free to review this policy and the guidelines for Health and Safety concerns on the VRBO website.

-You must climb stairs from the street level to get up to the door/entrance to unit, there is no other way into the unit. Those stairs are pictured in listing photos.

-The unit itself is one level and the property owners live onsite in the upper level of home and have a separate entrance. The guest suite occupies the entire bottom half of the home with its own separate entrance.

-Lastly, this is NOT a party house. We live in a quiet neighborhood and are respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours, particularly outside on the patio, start at 9:00.
