This luxury Rosario condominium unit is perched above Cascade Bay with clear views across the harbor to the south. It provides 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which will provide the perfect getaway on Orcas Island that you will never forget!

Each of the two ensuite bedrooms offers a king size bed with views overlooking the bay, plus a private full bathroom. The living room area has a dining table suitable for 4 people and a queen size sofa sleeper and a cozy gas fireplace.

A full kitchen also awaits your cooking pleasure. Outside of the central living room/kitchen portion of the unit, you’ll find a large comfortable deck overlooking the water view. Chairs and a table provide the perfect spot to sip your wine in the evening. Having the bedrooms separated by the living/dining common area provides seclusion and privacy. As a bonus, each bedroom has its own large deck with chairs for sipping your evening beverage in privacy.

This Rosario Condominium is conveniently located just minutes from Moran State Park, where there is access to miles of hiking trails, lakes, swimming, and other water activities. Located approximately 12 minutes from Eastsound Village, this retreat provides the perfect getaway to sit back on the deck, enjoy a nice beverage, and watch the marine activity of the bay.

While in very close walking proximity to Rosario Resort and its fabulous Mansion for dining, this unit does not have any access to resort spa or swimming amenities due to their staffing challenges this year.

The unit does not have laundry facilities; there is a coin laundry available at the resort. Also note from the parking lot in front of unit there are 11 steps . There is an additional access to the right of unit with 3 steps and a short walk (flat) to the unit.

Please note: residential internet speeds, bandwidth and reliability in the San Juan Islands currently lag behind the mainland. Guests who wish to use videoconferencing, streaming services, or multiple simultaneous internet connections should be aware that performance may not meet the levels they are accustomed to. Guests may need to alter their online work and entertainment plans due to service fluctuations or outages. This home is people friendly, and not pet friendly.

Wonderful condo with a beautiful view from all 3 balconies! We enjoyed each couple having our own very comfortable King room and bath with a cozy common area between us. The common area kitchen was very well stocked with glassware, dishes, etc. and was perfect for gathering over coffee and meals. Excellent location near state parks for hiking. Our favorite was the Obstruction Pass loop trail followed by an early dinner at Buck Bay Shellfish Farm.

Overall, we enjoyed our time. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The views were amazing and we enjoyed walking to the Harbor Bar & Grill. You can hear the people in the unit above it. Disappointed that there wasn’t a washer and dryer as listed but management was quick to respond and give a credit.

Very clean and cozy place. Well stocked kitchen, nice new bath towels, and comfy beds. Only downfall is the tvs in bedrooms were not connected to cable, only a Roku in the living room. Would stay again, great ocean view.

Great location and views!

We loved this place. Layout great for a family, gave room for our 16 year old to have privacy. Balcony and view serene and you can spot otters and seals swimming in waters below as you watch the sea planes take off. The resort property is lovely and still kept up even though resort is closed-walking up around the mansion is a must as the views there are the best in are. Only complaints are mentioned in other reviews-place is a bit outdated and needs a carpet refresh and an extra couch but beds were comfy and kitchen was stocked for use. Would come back!!

We love this location. We used to book this condo when it was for lease through Rosario Resort. To find it through VRBO was a welcomed joy for my partner and I. The kitchen is smartly stocked with cooking needs. The beds are very wonderful. The view is always breathtaking. And the wildlife is delightful to listen to and watch. Overall a two bedroom condo that houses six people with three bathrooms. There is no laundry on the premises, but there is a laundromat close by if you have a car. We were really thankful that we could find this location again to rent online and will be back!

We really liked this property. The beds are very comfy and have good pillows. The views are excellent and the sliding glass doors (with screens) to the balcony allow a nice amount of fresh air into the apartment. Pleased to find there were multiple box fans available for use. The sound dampening between rooms is good. However there if there are people above you you hear every step. There is a TV in every room in a nice hideaway armoire.The kitchen is extremely well stocked. We didn't need them but there was even a blender and a food processor. Kitchen does not have lot of counter space. If there are 6 people staying (we were only 3) you aren't going to have enough room at the kitchen table for everyone at once though as it only seats 4. There are desks and chairs in the bedrooms.The outside stairs could use some maintenance as the railing is a wobbly. Check in and check out were quite easy, direction to property were good. We would stay here again.

2BR condo with beautiful water view at Rosario

The layout of 2 en suite king size bedrooms with living and kitchen area between was perfect for us, two couples. A third bath off the entry gave extra options, with its shower. On the center balcony, off the LR, we enjoyed drinks as we watched the float planes arrive and depart the Rosario dock. From our private balconies with each BR we enjoyed the views too. The kitchen was fully supplied with cookware. The large baths were supplied with thick towels and a selection of bath products, and had deep tubs with showers. The steps down to the unit from the parking area would preclude guests with mobility difficulties. The location adjacent to Moran State Park gave easy access to hiking trails and a 15-20 minute proximity to Eastsound. Some supplies were available in the shop at the Resort; it was closed on Saturday evening after our 6pm arrival, but open on Sunday morning. We would be happy to return for another enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Fantastic stay in Orcas Island

This is a condo on the Rosario grounds. You don’t get to use the pool, but the restaurants are a short 10 minute walk. The rooms are very well apportioned and it’s very quiet. Each of the rooms have a balcony. There is a great common room bathroom with a whirlpool tub. It’s a short drive to East Sound. There is a very steep trail to Lake Cascade in Moran State Park. But doable for most people. We loved our stay. Will be back.

Beautiful, peaceful location and condo is a good size for six people. However, there was only one set of towels per person, no laundry, no extra tissues or even garbage bags! Not good for six people staying for three nights.

Orcas Island Getaway

We spent a nice time at the Rosario Hillside. The check-in process was easy. The apartment has a beautiful view of the water. In the morning, it is nice to hear the seagulls and wave noise. The fireplace is a plus. The beds are comfortable. The only downside was - on the 1st morning, we could not sleep early in the morning because the cleaning crew was cleaning the apartment above. We could hear every step and noise. Overall, we had a great time.

Awesome location and property

I went here with a group of friends for a reunion, and we had such a great time at this property. There are great hiking and running trails nearby, a fun restaurant within walking distance, fantastic scenery - I highly recommend this place for anyone going to Orcas Island!
