「カサベラデルリオ」と名付けたこのリバーハウスは、リビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、キッチン、3つのフルバスルームを備えた4つの良いサイズのベッドルームを備えたスペイン風のアシエンダに改装されました。 すべての床はタイルと広葉樹で更新されています。 家具はすべて新しく、同様にスペイン風です。 あらゆる方向からの山の景色があります。 家は2エーカーの川沿いにあります。 カヤックや釣りの川へのアクセスがあります。 私たちは最近、家までの階段で下のデッキを作りました。 リラックスしたり、釣り道具と一緒に座ったりするのに最適な場所です。

Clean, scenic spot. Lots of amenities including game room, hot tub, outdoor games, private drive loop, well supplied kitchen. Bedrooms with extra blankets, cots, tvs.

Beautiful home and view

We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable home with a family area with enough room for the entire family to hang out. Kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we cooked at the house. My high school son went for a several mile run each morning and felt safe in the area.

Summer Getaway!

The house was great for nine of us. There was plenty of room for all. Nice and quiet with the river running in the back yard. Close to town with lots of eating establishments. I believe this is the sixth time that I have stayed here. I would definitely stay here again.

Magic on the Arkansas

Superb location to access the fun of rafting, the sweet fishing holes of the property, the beauty of the area, and the towns of Salida and Cañon. The best equipped VRBO I’ve ever stayed in, and a super accommodating host who was an excellent communicator. Great little restaurant, Dusty Rose, and cafe nearby was a nice perk! So happy to have had our family gather here!

nice weekend getaway spot

Nice home in the mountains countryside in Howard. Beautiful surroundings scenery with lots to explore. Conveniently close to Salida. Lots of sleeping arrangement space, good kitchen and dining areas.

We enjoyed our stay! The views were probably my favorite, but the house is super cozy and clean. Perfect place to ring in the New Year!

Hallmark christmas

This property was perfect for our Christmas trip. It was like we where staying in a hallmark movie! The kitchen was well stocked for anything you needed to cook with. Very impressed. The guys loved the fact it had horseshoe pits!! It was also great to have the hottub to come back to after a long day of skiing.

One of the best places near Salida for a large group

Wonderful ranch that’s nice and secluded. It’s also a short drive to monarch. House was clean and warm. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Wonderful place and a wonderful host

Beautiful home

Beautiful home. Had everything we needed. The only negatives I would are there were TONS of waps around the outside of the home and inside of the garage. It made the area hard to use. The were wasp nests everywhere too. Water also had a bad smell.

Amazing bachelor party accomodations!

We had a group of 7 adults and the house was perfect for us. There were plenty of rooms and beds. The outside space had access to the river and incredible views. Easy to find and access. Great hot tub. No complaints!!

We have children and grandchildren living in the area and wanted to create a family home that could also be enjoyed by others. The mountains that surround the home are magnificent.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Near the town of Salida, with restaurants and shopping...although our son lives there for the outdoor activities like, rafting, kayaking, mountain biking, fly fishing and skiing. This area truly has something for everyone in the family, even if it is just sitting on the deck in the hot tub enjoying the mountain views.
