Our corner lot provides extra privacy and room on the famous West Cliff Drive. Gated yard hides the secret gardens with dozens of native plants lovingly cared for over the past decade by the owner. Scents and tranquility of California living at it's finest: both the ocean breezes, waves at night, and the gardens will give the guests a pleasant respite from the bustle of downtown, not far away. Restaurants, movie houses, book stores and pubs are within bike riding distance. Walk to coffee shops or the Boardwalk from your front door. Join the international pedestrians on West Cliff enjoying the fabulous views and public gem that the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary gives one- with abundant aquatic life. Watch pods of dolphins or migrating whales from your upstairs deck. Or bbq with friends at sunset over Mitchell's Cove. It's a dream!
