This 4 bedroom 3 bath house is located just a short walk to downtown Ogunquit! It even offers a trail that brings you directly downtown as a fun alternative! It sits within a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that is less than a mile to the beach! Just walk, bike or drive as there is parking available. This property has enough parking for 3 vehicles maximum. Parking details will be provided in your arrival email after booking. This house is perfect for a large family or even multiple families who are looking to get away together. The house has a kitchen and a living room offered on both the main living floor as well as the basement. The master bedroom and bath are located on the main living floor with 2 more bedrooms on the 2nd floor and the 4th bedroom in the basement. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! Linens and towels are also provided. Enjoy the backyard while grilling with the provided gas grill. Ogunquit is full of family fun activities as well as a lively night life along with some of the best food in the area! Park a maximum of 3 cars. Indoor fireplace not in working order. Inquire with any questions!

Family vacation

This property was perfect for 8 adults - it was clean and spacious. The lower apartment style area was perfect for my daughter and her husband and even if they had a baby - it would be perfect! We could walk to a lot of places, needed the car for beaches. Would only have liked more lounging outdoor furniture and better knives in the kitchen. We have NO complaints!! Will def go again!!

Weekend getaway with friends

Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to town . Neighborhood was quiet. House had all the amenities needed to cook your own meals if needed. We had 4 couples and there was plenty of room.

Great location and space in Ogunquit

This home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood but remains just a short walk (5-7 minutes) from all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Ogunquit. We enjoyed the wrap-around deck and patio area, and the outdoor shower and hoses for rinsing off sandy beach items were very convenient. This home was very clean and well-appointed The property manager was incredibly responsive before and during our stay. Our group included family members aged 4-72 and we all found this to be a great place to spend our vacation.

Great location, plenty of space and clean!

"Walk to Downtown OGT" is a beautiful, spacious home with a wonderful location. You can walk to town, or a little farther to the beach. It's in a pretty private location too, with ample outdoor space. The house was well-equipped and Nate was very pleasant and helpful. Working with Coastline Vacation Rentals was easy and the team was very nice and helpful. Thank you!

Beautiful Location

We stayed for 9 days! Loved the location of the home in relation to the town of Ogunquit. We had 5 adults and stayed in the spring when the weather was cooler. One of the rooms set up as a bedroom doesn’t have AC or a closet. This room may cause an issue in warmer weather.

The outside deck was wonderful & roomy. Couch & Beds were comfortable. The property was on a dead end quiet street no traffic. My granddaughters 4 & 6 could ride their scooters safely. Walking downtown & the beach was good. Good location of property. The downstairs smelled musty which accommodated 4 people sleeping. Barbecue was disgusting probably never cleaned. No brush available or SOS/ Brillo pads to clean it. Rhino gas tank was empty which we had to fill ourselves.All soap dispensers in the kitchen & bathrooms were empty. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Great location

Our family has vacationed in Ogunquit for eight years. This house is in our favorite neighborhood, easy walk to downtown, the marginal way and the beach. It has ample space both indoor and outdoor with a great deck overlooking a lower level patio. Since the street behind the house is blocked from traffic, the kids enjoyed playing kanjam and catch without worrying about traffic. The only drawback to the house is there isn’t a first floor community bathroom, you have to use the one in the master bedroom. It wasn’t a showstopper, and I would rent again.

Loved our visit!

We have been spending time in Ogunquit for 42 years and this was among our favorite properties. It perfectly accommodated my husband and me, our older son & daughter-in-law & their twin girls (age 3), and our younger son & grandson (age 15). We particularly enjoyed a week of great weather and dining/playing on the wrap-around deck. Walking access to the village and beach were expecially nice given how difficult it is to find parking in mid to late July. The younger folks didn't mind the longer walk to Perkins Cove; we seniors found the beach taxi a nice option. Coastline Vacation Rentals was excellent to work with - very responsive to our questions and concerns. Our family agreed we'd love to stay here again. Thank you!

Fantastic 40th birthday trip in OGT!

Friends and I planned a 40th birthday trip to Ogunquit, and this house was perfect for our needs. We LOVED being able to walk to town (full of great shops and restaurants), and my husband and I walked to the beach each morning with our coffee and sat on the Adirondack chairs, watching the sea. The paved walk into town is eye-catching in itself; Beth's garden, full of dahlias, was STUNNING. The walk along Marginal Way was a highlight, too. As three couples, we loved each having a floor and private bathrooms. There was plenty of parking, the house was clean and in great condition, and the fireplace was a great bonus. (We saw wild turkeys while enjoying it!) It was a bonus to have a few beach chairs and dedicated beach towels. It feels tucked into the woods but is so close to town, the beach, and everything we needed.

Great location.

Quiet neighborhood. Near the beach (15 minutes walking). We enjoy the deck. Confortable cottage. We were 11 including 2 infants, and it was great. Rapid fallow up from property manager.

Wonderful location!

This property is a 7 minute walk to Ogunquit center. It was very clean and the open kitchen, dining, living room was very comfortable. We had 4 to 7 people at the property depending, on the day, and everyone was very comfortable. Bedrooms are very roomy with plenty of closet/drawer space. We didn’t end up using the lower level with the exception of the laundry room, which was very handy. Lower level is its own separate living space, which may be ideal for multiple family rental. This property is built into a hill and may be difficult to access for those with mobility issues. Also, photos show an outside hottub, but it is not usable and a portion of the deck is roped off and not accessible.
