We’re excited to welcome you to The North Shore House, a clean and peaceful ground-level cottage located in the desirable north end of Anna Maria Island, just 250 feet from the white sandy beach that stretches along the stunning Gulf Coast.

Following two hurricanes that impacted our area, the home has been completely renovated inside and out — with all-new finishes, furnishings, and modern updates designed for your comfort and peace of mind. The photos you see reflect the property’s brand-new look - updated, modern, and ready to welcome guests.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining nook, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, modern cabinetry, and everything you need to prepare meals at home.
The home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests (including children). Two bedrooms feature cozy queen-size beds, while the third has two twin beds — perfect for families traveling with children.

For your convenience, linens, towels, beach chairs, and beach towels are all provided.

Step outside to the deck that wraps around the side of the house, offering a sunny spot to relax. There’s also a fully heated outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off sandy feet and beach gear after a day on the shore.

In the back of the house, you’ll find a small private pool with built-in jacuzzi jets, fully screened to protect against “no-see-ums,” mosquitoes, and other summer pests — so you can unwind comfortably at any time of day. Pool is heated from November to end of April. Outside the pool deck is a small garden surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee. With soft natural light and the gentle rustle of leaves, it’s an inviting retreat that blends comfort and nature for moments of pure relaxation.
