Sleeps 18! Heated pool and lake access.

This large, spacious home in a private association, Flora Dale, has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 large living areas, kitchen and dining room. Enough room for your whole family and friends under one roof. Not to mention the access you have to the heated, communal pool, basketball and tennis courts, tetherball, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard AND 400 feet of private, resort beach front AND only 2.5 miles from the dunes entrance. PLEASE NOTE the pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

In the main living area, you will find 1 large living room with 2 full-size pull out couches and 1 love seat pull out couch, washer and dryer, 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen and dining room and a hallway that leads you upstairs. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom includes 1 queen and 2 twin beds, the second bedroom has 3 twin beds.

Travel back downstairs, through the kitchen, past the washer and dryer, through the 1st living area, down a couple stairs and into the 2nd living room to the "other side of the house".
Here you will find 2 more full-size couches, t.v., full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed.

What's included?
KITCHEN: Refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, pots/pans, silverware, plates, cups.
BEDROOMS: If you don't want to bring your own, sanitized bedding can be found in each bedroom.
BATHROOMS: Linens provided.

What else? T.V., internet, washing machine and dryer as well as fire pit and gas grill.

1 roll of paper towel and toilet paper are provided to get you started.

Plenty of parking for trucks, trailers and all your toys.

Entry to the home is provided in your welcome package, 3 days prior to your check in date.

Check in 4 p.m.
Check out 10 a.m.

Check in/out times are strict. Exceptions cannot be made.

We ask you leave the house in the same condition as you found it.

This was a nice large house perfect for a large group with plenty of room. It was clean and within a great location to hit the sand dunes! The only negative is that the listing states private pool and beach access within this community, however we never found it and there were no directions provided on how to get there. We would have liked to check it out.

Good location!

We had an extended family trip with people age 2-70 and the house was large enough to accommodate us all. The pool was really nice and the state park & beach were a short walk or drive away. The neighborhood was cute and there were a lot of other families out and about at the time were there.

Wonderful stay in Silver Lake!

We enjoyed our time at this house so much! It was so spacious and accommodated our large group nicely. The 3 full baths were great, and we loved the large yard. Great for family kickball and wiffle ball games with all of the cousins.The neighborhood is fantastic! We absolutely loved biking all around and to the community pool! The house is on two dead end cul de sacs, so there was very little traffic, it was great! There is a hill towards the pool, that some of the kids struggled biking on, but the older kids and adults enjoyed it! We had a little hiccup at the beginning but Nick was available immediately, and was fantastic to work with. We would definitely recommend this rental, and hope to stay again some day. Thanks!

Great place for large families

We were a group of 5 families, 17 total ages ranging from 71 to 1. The house is much larger than the pictures can capture. It was easy to spread out and it still felt quiet. The deck is huge too. We had a small maintenance issue and the property manager responded within minutes, and promptly fixed the issue ( he lives minutes away) Highly recommend!

Family Christmas gift

We gift a trip to our kids and grandkids every other year and this year’s was a trip to ride the dunes at Silver Lake. The house I booked was great!! Plenty of room for 11 adults and 6 kids! The house was clean and laid out perfectly to accommodate everyone’s needs. The house is close to all the attractions and has plenty of parking for all the trailers…which was a big plus!! We had a wonderful time and would definitely try to book this house again!!

5 bedroom house review

The only issue we encountered was with the large tv in the great room. It turned on fine, but after 10-15 minutes, emitted a violent loud noise and shut itself off. We tried again the next day- same thing. Seems not safe, electrical issue??? That being said, everything else was great. Very well equipped kitchen, every type of pots and pand, even a griddle. Great location with access to pool. Would stay again.

Nice Area, lots of inaccuracies with the description of the house.

The house is in a great location and easy to get to the sand dunes and the State Park. The air conditioning does not work in the upstairs bedrooms, they were 85 degrees at night. The house advertises that it sleeps 18, but they only supplied 13 forks. We had a couple over for dinner and had to ask them to bring their own silverware. One of the coffee makers still had grounds in it from the previous renters. Thankfully there were two machines. There were no pot holders in the kitchen and only one dish rag and one drying towel. The oven couldn’t open properly because it was too tight to the wall, so it made it difficult to get things in and out. There were no extra linens and the bath towels were minimal. There are no directions as to where the pool is or how to get to the beach. The pool is 1/2 mile away and the beach 3/4 of a mile. On the plus side, we did have working internet and propane for the gas grill. The large deck and tables were great for eating outside. It was a quiet neighborhood.

First off.....the host needs to straighten out the listing address for this house. I realize he's been working with VRBO on getting the proper address on his listing, but we literally almost became sick when we showed up at the address with 14 people and saw something no where near what was pictured in VRBO!!! It was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath place and the front door was unlocked so when we walked in and saw this it was quite the shock. The owner needs to let whomever is renting the larger house that the house shown in the listing is actually another address at least till VRBO gets the listing address straightened out! Other than that snafu, the house we finally got to was perfect for our needs and had all the space and amenities we needed! We all agreed if we needed to come back to the area we'd definitely look at this property again.
