The Space:

This private oasis blends indoor comfort with expansive outdoor living for up to eight guests.

- Master bedroom (main floor): King Bed, en‑suite bathroom with deep soaking tub, smart TV, forest view.

- Upper floor queen bedroom: Queen Bed, en‑suite bathroom, walk‑in closet, private balcony, smart TV.

- Second upper floor queen bedroom: Queen Bed, en‑suite bathroom, walk‑in closet, additional twin‑bed nook, smart TV.

- Third upper floor queen bedroom: Queen Bed, smart TV, large walk‑in closet, baby gear storage.

- Main‑floor queen bedroom: Queen Bed, smart TV.

- Bonus sleeping area (main floor): Twin trundle bed, adjacent full bathroom, smart TV.

- Additional twin beds are located in the bottom‑floor living room and the children’s bedroom.

- Open‑plan living area with 65‑inch smart TV, indoor gas fireplace, and reading room.

- Sunroom and screened porch for quiet relaxation.

- Central air, heat, and two mini‑splits keep the temperature comfortable year‑round.

- Covered pavilion with a wood‑burning fireplace (currently unavailable) and a large fire‑pit for s’mores.

- Patio and deck furnished with super‑comfy couches, captain’s chairs, and a 16‑person dining table.

- BBQ grill, multiple seating areas, and a private pond fed by two creeks on two acres of woodland.

- Bear‑proof trash cans and secure food storage are required to protect wildlife.



Kitchen & dining

- Fully stocked kitchen with every appliance, cooking utensil, Insta‑Pot, blender, and mixology bar.

- Breakfast bar seats three; formal dining room seats eight; outdoor dining table seats sixteen.

- High‑speed internet and coffee bar with Starbucks drip coffee.



Neighborhood

- Two‑minute drive to Blue Bike Café for breakfast and Main Street’s top restaurants, shops, and wedding venues.

- Minutes from Old Edwards, The Farm, and The Hutchinson House.



Pet policy

- Dogs under 20 lb allowed (maximum two) with written approval and $250 fee per pet.

- Cats are not permitted; service animals are exempt.



Guest guidelines

- Maximum occupancy eight guests; quiet hours 10 PM‑8 AM.

- No smoking, vaping, or outside parties.

- Secure all food and close bear‑proof bins tightly.
