This gorgeous home is the perfect getaway for those who want to be near downtown Chatham & the beach. Walk to shops, restaurants, the beach, movie theater, Veterans Field for summer Chatham A’s games & more! This cozy apartment is perfect for a couple or two friends with an open living room, kitchen/dining area, and private patio. This apartment has been completely renovated from head to toe - from new stainless steel appliances to hardwood floors, and nautical accents. Please know, there is no onsite parking. There is a free public parking lot across the street, to the right of the Red Nun restaurant. There are two outdoor security cameras for added security, one at the exterior of front door and the other at side door exterior.

The kitchen, living, and dining area has an open concept floor plan, great for socializing while cooking in the kitchen, dining at the counter, enjoying morning coffee or sipping evening drinks before dinner. A coffee machine and coffee is included.

The living room area has a cozy couch and large chair with a smart TV. The dining and kitchen area has two bar stools at the counter. There is also a small private patio outside with a seating area.

There is a public parking lot across the street to the right of the Red Nun restaurant and a public parking lot downtown Chatham, within a 5 minute walk. If the Main house right next door is not rented at the time of your stay, you will have parking onsite, I will not have this information until the day you arrive.

The home was bright, clean and comfortable, and was a short (about 5 minute) walk to downtown Chatham with restaurants and shops. The host was very accessible and helpful. Nice beaches were about a 5 minute drive from the house and were free to park in after 4:30 pm.

This was a little home away from home. Cosy and beautifully decorated. Everything you need is provided and it’s spotlessly clean. Lois is lovely and super helpful and her communication is quick. The accomodation is in a quiet lane and walking distance to Chatham. Will be staying here again before we head back home.

Perfect Spot

We had an amazing weekend in Chatham at a family wedding. The apartment looked brand new, clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom had extra toiletries. We walked to town multiple times and enjoyed shopping and restaurants. We took our car to the lighthouse and beach as well as the fishing pier.it was about a 5 min drive to all those attractions. Should we return to Chatham we will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in Lois’s place. The place was spotlessly clean and felt very much like a home from home. She has some lovely little touches too like the coffee pods, soaps, shampoos and kitchen condiments such as spices. The towels were top quality too and plenty of them.The place is an easy short walk to the Main Street and all the shapes and restaurants. We would ordinarily have given this place 5 stars but we felt the bed was uncomfortable (it’s a foam mattress and quite hard) and the pillows were well past their best and unsupportive which is an easy fix. It’s also a pity there isn’t a washing machine even although we knew this before we arrived and that there is a laundry opposite which we used. This too is an easy fix. Lis is a top host. Very helpful and very communicate. Check in and check out were easy. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Chatham.

Why they chose this property

This apartment is located DOWNTOWN and has been completely renovated. Everything is brand new! The kitchen/living/dining area has an open concept floor plan, great for socializing while preparing meals, dining at the kitchen island, enjoying morning coffee, or sipping evening drinks before dinner. The bedroom has a queen size bed made up with beautiful white linens and private En Suite. There is a small paver stoned patio area outside with two Adirondack chairs. Both Living Room and Bedroom have their own efficient Mini Splits for heat and A/C, perfect for summer or winter.

What makes this property unique

You could not ask for a better location when visiting Chatham! This house is conveniently located downtown, across the street from Veterans Field, where the Chatham Anglers have been playing baseball since 1923. We are a two minute walk to beautiful Oyster Pond Beach and steps away from Chatham most endearing "Main Street" with boutiques, fine dining, Orpheum theater, ice cream shops, coffee shops, Chatham Bars Inn, Art galleries, Chatham Bandstand and so much more!
This apartment is connected to 759 Main St, with a totally separate entrance. It is located in the back of the Main house on Adams Lane.
