A lovely property with beautiful garden view. Easy walk to the ocean view bluffs for sunset viewing. Excellent communication on daily activities and events. And easy driving access to Hanalei bay and hiking. A couple plug in fans would have been nice to enhance the overhead ceiling fans.

Anniversary celebration in Kauai

Property was clean, well located, and accurately described. We loved having a balcony off the bedroom and Lanai off the dining area along with the comfortable breeze generated between the two.

Big appartment, very quiet spot (except for roosters!). King size bed and double size sofa-bed. No AC but the fans do the job. Full nice kitchen with dishwasher. Washer and air dryer functioned well.

This is my second stay at this resort/complex, love the location and quietness. The room i stayed in this time is showing signs of neglect and maintanence. Wall switches and lamp switches are broken. Paint in the bathrooms is failing. Ants in the disposal. And worst of all was a bed that i thought was going to break in half, matress was fine but the box spring needs replaced immediatelyAgain I love the resort and it location, but this room was not great.

Comfortable and clean, on-site management personnel were very welcoming and helpful. The only disappointment was the additional daily charge for parking. This is not an area where you would need to restrict parking to vehicles not staying onsite.

The place was very old and need some TLC blender did not work toaster did not work coffee pot did not work lots of other miscellaneous things like the TV and remote controls have issues the outside furniture is very old and rusty I felt like the price that we paid for this place we should’ve had more moderate facilities and more moderate appliances if you’re down and out I would recommend this place… Sorry for the complaint although the convenience was the location location

The property manager did not have my reservation and said that vacasa did not send them over my reservation. They did not have a key for the property and warned me that since there was no reservation the unit might not be clean and ready for me to check in. Instead vacasa gave me a code for a lock box with the metal key to the unit while all other units had plastic key readers on their doors my unit was the only one with the old lock system. One of the bathrooms had mold and chipped paint. The kitchen had ants and cockroaches. In 7 days of my stay not once there was a house keeping.

Not the best VRBO experience we've had

First about Vacasa. We received a text 1 hour before our check in time indicating that the condo was excessively dirty and couldn't get access until 6pm. This was problematic because we had perishables with us. They let us know that we could put our items in the fridge and if the until was availalbe sooner than 6 they would text us. We arrived at 3:45 and there were no cleaners there and the fridge still had prior tenant stuff in it so we had to put notes on all our stuff so the cleaning people would not toss our stuff. Then over to get our parking pass, the front desk had not been notified by Vacasa that we were checking in. Luckily I had my confirmation that I could show the front desk. Throughout our stay we received multiple texts from Vacasa asking how we were enjoying our stay, wanting us to rate cleanliness, etc. We have stayed at multiple VRBO properties and have never been contacted by the property manager as we had with this stay. If I was the owner, I'd find a new property manager. Now, on to the unit itself. We knew that there was no AC, we live on Kauai so that was no surprise. However, the two ceiling fans that are in the unit are so old that they barely generate any airflow. This is a simple fix that would make the unit more comfortable. Miss matched appliances in the kitchen and peeling paint in the master bath, outdated bathroom sinks and tubs with massive caulking in the tub. For $356/night all in, we were very disappointed.
