Enjoy this cozy ground level apartment across the street from the historic Waynesville Country Club that's convenient to Hazelwood, downtown Waynesville, and Frog Level! You'll have the entire unit to yourself with all the comforts of home. The space includes a full size stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes and silverware. A cozy seating area on the attached 2nd story deck is available for your use. High speed internet and cable tv are included as well. Well behaved pups are welcome!

I loved the location overlooking the golf course, within walking distance to Folkmoot, downtown Hazelwood, and a few minutes' drive to downtown Waynesville. Easy and clear check-in & out instructions, easy host communication, clean and well stocked with items for daily living. Perfect for me and my dog.

What a lovely place this is! I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The area is beautiful. The hosts were so kind and helpful, quickly answering my questions. It was super clean and comfortable. A special touch was the filtered water in the fridge that tasted as great as my reverse osmosis water at home. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Waynesville! The location is fantastic—very convenient to both the charming downtown area and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The home is nicely decorated, the bed and futon are comfortable, and the self check-in process was seamless. It’s a solid value for the area.One thing for future guests to note is that the soundproofing between floors is quite thin; we could hear most movements from the upstairs neighbors, which was a bit tough during the after 9 PM quiet hours. A few more drinking glasses in the kitchen would also be helpful, but certainly not a big deal. Overall, a lovely and well-located spot for exploring Western NC!

We started hosting in 2020 with a little cabin we renovated in Waynesville, NC. We enjoyed the experience of being hosts and having the opportunity to meet new and interesting people. After selling that property, we decided to turn two of our four rental units into Vrbo’s.

In addition to being hosts, Tom is a licensed general contractor and works for an engineering company in Asheville. Bri is a Realtor with Carolina Mountain Sales in Asheville serving all of Western North Carolina. We enjoy doing home renovations-seeing the old and outdated come back to life!

We are travelers who love staying at Vrbo’s whenever possible with our fur baby, Jazzy. We try our best to provide the same comfortable and affordable stays that we ourselves would book.

Waynesville is the perfect size community for a small town feel with all the activities and amenities we could want! We love the Hazelwood area and especially our location next to the Waynesville Country Club. We love our neighbors and the beautiful mountain views.
