EASTHAM 3 bedroom getaway near National Seashore

Our comfortable three bedroom, two bath home is situated on a private road a short distance from the National Seashore, bay beaches, restaurants and bike trails. From June 15th through August 31st this home may only be rented in 7 day blocks that begin each Saturday at 4PM. From May 18th through June 15th, September and October our home may be rented for three day minimum bookings. A nice quiet location on dead end gravel road. The house and it's furnishings are in excellent condition! Features one bedroom on the main level with a king bed and two bedrooms on the second level, one with a queen and one with two single beds. There is a rear deck, outdoor shower, fire pit, cable TV, internet and more. Just North of Orleans and Chatham and South of Wellfleet and P'town, a great base location for exploring the outer Cape. Only a 10 minute bike ride to famous Coast Guard Beach and don't miss the best sunset on the cape at First Encounter beach only 2 miles away.

Great location, close to National Seashore beaches, very clean & a/c worked beautifully in every bedroom! Outdoor shower was great & enjoyed the fire pit.(Kitchen suggestions:We needed more tools for cracking lobster & the small cookie sheet needs to be replaced & a bigger one added.)Beautiful home & a lovely stay! Perfect Cape getaway spot

Very nicely maintained home. Clean and well stocked. Our party was two couples and the space was perfect. I also like the location. Close to the National Seashore and midway up the Cape so it’s easy to go into Chatham or up to Provincetown. The area is quiet and away from a lot of traffic. The only suggestion is to either deep clean or replace the grill. We love to grill out but didn’t feel comfortable using the grill provided. Otherwise, a great stay and we would book again.

Home Away

We enjoyed every part of our stay. The house met all of our needs. The area was our favorite region of the cape allowing us to travel to our favorite beaches and towns. We would definitely recommend this property especially the owners prompt replies throughout the booking and check in process.

Fantastic house on Outer Cape

This property was a perfect set up and location for a 3-generation family vacation with comfortable bedrooms for kids, parents, and grandparents. The AC made the house comfortable with changing summer weather and the well appointed kitchen made it a breeze to make meals at home when not enjoying restaurants out. The location was perfect for some of our favorite beaches and towns from Orleans to P-Town.

Escape on the cape

Very nice, clean, comfortable house. We were very grateful for the AC when we arrived ! We had teens with us so didn’t spend a lot of time at the house, were at the beach no matter the weather! We were all comfortable and the week flew by too fast! Thank you Dan and all. The Lanes from NYS and CA.

Great house in a great location.

Everything we needed in a great sized Cape house very close to bike trails and the national seashore. House had great AC, washer/dryer and an ample sized deck with a gas grill. Close to many activities and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Wonderful house

The house was very well stocked. They provided towels and sheets which often is not the case with rentals. Nice fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Peaceful and quiet area.

Great place in Eastham

We usually stay in Truro, but our vacation in Eastham did not disappoint. The house was perfect for our needs and we explored the beaches - ocean and bay - and walked the various trails. Good restaurants nearby and close to old favorites like Wellfleet harbor.. Many thanks to our host.

Great location- close to the Salt Pond Visitors Center

Great location- near beaches and the bike path. House is updated with open Kitchen and has a nice deck. Huge washer and dryer made check out time a breeze.
