About this property

3 BR, 2 bath single level home on private road---close to beaches and bike trail

You will completely enjoy your stay at this lovely old cape cod home, set back on a beautiful grassy lot on a private road in Eastham. This home has 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a queen sized bed, small private bath, and a sliding door to the back yard and outdoor shower. One of the alternate bedrooms also has a queen sized bed, while the third bedroom is a bunk room with twin bed (weight limit: 160lbs.) above and double bed below.

The common bathroom is conveniently located off of the main hallway of the house. And if it is an outside shower that you would prefer, as stated earlier, we have that too! Your Cape Cod stay would not be complete without showering in this beautiful outdoor environment.

The kitchen of this home was recently remodeled and is fully equipped with appliances and all of the service and cookware you will need for your stay.

Also…we have Wi-Fi!! Directions for use are found on-site in the binder found on the kitchen table and on the card found on the television console. The livingroom houses a large screen television and access to streaming TV and movie selections. There is NO CABLE TV at this rental...but, that’s not why you are here! This home is in close proximity to several beaches and the outdoor environment of this property will certainly make your stay most memorable!

Although this residence has AC you will likely wish to spend the day in the outdoors! Access to the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail is within 1/4 mile and your choice of several beaches are all within a short distance as well!

And, if you don't feel like leaving the property, this large yard is ideal for lounging around. There is plenty of outside seating and a wonderful hammock under the trees. The property is on a private, quiet cul-de-sac which makes it ideal for families with young children. Children will love to visit the chickens housed in a backyard coop, the bunnies in the backyard hutch, or ride their bicycles on this quiet street.

If you are up for entertaining, there is a gas grill and outdoor lighting. Propane is provided for the grill and many condiments are found in the kitchen refrigerator. If "eating in" isn't your thing, visit any one of the many nearby restaurants! Information regarding local "eats" are provided.

Whether you are looking for daily trips to area beaches, a trip to Provincetown, or just a place to simply relax, the "High Tide" house is truly the place for you this summer.

Great place to stay. Lots of room and close drive to beaches and everywhere on the Cape. Property manager was great to deal with and answered all questions promptly. Great space to relax in as well with lots of room. Highly recommend.

Wonderful home with all the amenities.

Home had everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. Location was very convenient to both the bay and ocean side with many restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed the buck a shuck oysters at Carolines for happy hour.

Our family enjoyed our stay at high tide. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything the cape has to offer. My children enjoyed the spacious front yard, quiet cul de sac and chickens.

We had a fantastic time at High Tide. Amazing location and value, <5 minute drive to beautiful bay beaches and the National Seashore. The beds were incredibly comfortable, had everything we would've needed in the kitchen to cook. Karen was a very responsive host. Would absolutely stay again.

The property and home were even nicer than the photos suggested.

We had a wonderful time. High tide was lovely, warm and welcoming. Very homey and comfortable. We also enjoyed visiting the chickens daily, as well as relaxing on the quiet cul de sac property with a glass of wine and a book. Would highly recommend.

THIS is real Cape Cod!

We enjoyed our time in Eastham - close proximity to Wellfleet and Eastham beaches. House is on a quiet street and was well kept. Only wish was for the outdoor seating arrangements / grill to be closer to the house and brighter in the evenings. Thanks for sharing your house!

Phenomenal Experience!

Karen was an incredible host with an incredible home on the cape. I was constantly shocked at how quiet and serene the property was despite being so close to the major roadway connecting all of upper Cape Cod. The house was perfect for what we needed it for and the kitchen was incredible well stocked for all cooking that we did. Highly recommend this poetry for a summer getaway on beautiful cape cod.

North Eastham home has everything you need!

We had a fabulous week at the Cape! Lots of swimming at Wiley Park, exploring nature at First Encounter Beach & an amazing whale watch out of Ptown! Our grandsons (ages 6 & 9) loved feeding the chickens & were thrilled to see a blue one! Sitting out front with coffee in the mornings was great! The boys loved the hammock & playing in the spacious front yard. We had a few minor issues & Karen responded immediately & got everything functioning properly. Such a delightful woman! The book collection, children's books & games and art supplies are fantastic! The kids also loved the "Crew's Quarters" with the bunk beds with book lights! Having two bathrooms & the outside shower were great! Loved that the sheets were already on the beds so we could get right to vacationing! The house is well-appointed with everything you might need! The only drawback was that the cleaners didn't have time to finish before we were to enter. We had thought there was a hot tub from the VRBO online listing, but there wasn't one, so the listing should be corrected. A great vacation home!

Family reunion and vacation

The house and property were beautiful, so comfortable with all the amenities we needed! It was conveniently located close to the National Seashore beaches and community beaches, and since we rented bikes for the week we were able to bike to each shoreline, not to mention riding along the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Karen is an excellent host, very responsive and informative. I would this all over again in a second! Thank you Karen for sharing your home with us!!

We had a great stay at “High Tide”. The owner provided perfect communications before and during our stay. The home and property are lovely, set back from the main highway and provided a quiet respite during our breaks from beach-time. Everything we needed was available. Great Stay!

Karen was a wonderful and responsive host whenever we had a question. The house is adorable, clean, and was perfect for our needs. Only a few minutes’ drive from several beaches and only a half hour from Ptown. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available. We had a little one, so being able to relax in the AC and take a break from the heat was a life saver. My son was obsessed with the Lincoln logs! We also had to unexpectedly leave early due to our son being sick and Karen was very flexible with allowing our in-laws to stay at the house for the remainder of the stay. Thank you Karen!

High Tide is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Our side yard borders a small cul-de-sac on a private road in North Eastham and the neighbors are wonderful people. This really is a fabulous little space for a getaway...for families, groups of friends, as well as couples. Come join us for a visit!

What makes this property unique

High Tide has the most beautiful and relaxing front yard space in the area. It is private, quiet and comfortable. Children will love visiting the chickens and bunnies in the back yard, as well as safely biking on this quiet little street.
Sidewalk chalk is available and artwork is welcomed on the street pavement. And the best aspect of this home away from home...it's on the Cape!
