Great location and cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The proximity to the beach and to P-town was great. It was nice to have the "home" feel and space instead of a typical hotel room. We will definitely consider this again for future use.

Beautiful Cottage

We stayed here in July, the two of us with our small dog. Everything was perfect, the cottage is unbelievably convenient for beach days, and so close to town when we wanted to drop in for something to do. We will definitely be back. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Great stay!

It was comfortable and clean. And our dog was allowed which was great. But the beach was a good walk through the sand and over a dune. But otherwise it was wonderful.

Feet from noisy neighbors

Bed room windows were just feet from the next house which was filled with yelling and cursing teens drinking late into the morning. Only had a couple hours of sleep. WiFi didn't work. Shower was either scalding hot or ice cold....couldn't shower. No outside space or seating. Long walk to beach. Nice decorating...poor comfort.

Perfect

This was the perfect lodging option for us, especially considering the price. It truly is a beach-front cottage. You have to walk along a dunes pathway for a couple of minutes, but can hear the ocean from the cottage; if you want to see the water from your porch, the motel rooms seem a bit closer and might also be ocean-view. The cottage is updated (seemingly recently), and felt very clean — from the linens to the tvs and kitchen appliances. We were a couple with our dog, but could have taken our 2 kids and still had ample room. October was super quiet on the cape, but we loved how peaceful it felt. The cottage is just a few miles/10 minutes from Commercial Street in Provincetown, so you’re close to everything!

Place was sparkling clean, location is great. Kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, etc. A huge bonus that this place is dog friendly, made our vacation even better!
