The home is located on the upscale and quaint Pass-a-Grille beach, ranked by Trip Advisor as the #1 beach in the U.S. Just a few steps from the home's front door is private access to the beautiful calm, blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is so much for you and your family to do from lounging on the white sandy beach to motorized water sports (at the Don Cesar Hotel which is minutes away) and so much more!
The home is one-of-a-kind, with lots of sunshine and high ceilings. The split-level floorplan offers a living room, billiards room, as well a casual dining room. Enjoy the quiet cornor lot with hammocks and adronacks chairs. Have your morning coffee and yoga in the tranquil lanai.
There are also plenty of restaurants and the property is 20 minute's drive to St. Petersburg where you can dine at the Pier and nightlife on Beach Drive and Central Avenue. Also, 30 minutes from Tampa and Sarasota.
Be prepared to enjoy the beach. We will provide towels, beach toys, beach chairs, picnic baskets, etc...

My family and I moved to Florida two years ago and we instantly fell in love with the beautiful Pass-A-Grille. Even on busy beach days, we never have to worry about finding parking or a spot on the beach as the private access is reserved for residents on our street. I have two children who love going to the beach with their friends and jet skiing at the Don Cesar. This house has created some wonderful memories for my family and I can't wait for others to create their own!
Why they chose this property
This beautiful house is a few footsteps from a private beach access leading to the beautiful pass-a-grille beach. Pass-a-Grille is the best of both worlds whether you want to have a quiet vacation with loved ones or a vacation filled with adventure. Pass-a-grille has a historic feel of an Old Florida Town to south with a block-long beach-front downtown filled with galleries, boutiques, and restaurants. Only a few blocks north from this property is the renowned Don Cesar where you can purchase spa services, water sport rentals, and day passes for the pool. With the Gulf only a few steps from your front door, miles of soft white sand, and endless restaurants within a three mile radius this home is the perfect spot for an unforgettable vacation.
