This is by far ONE OF THE BEST UNITS IN THE RESERVE, one of the few where the back patio overlooks the pond & cascading fountain, reflecting dappled sunlight into the unit every morning. Family friendly pool, only steps from the back door. EXCELLENT LOCATION! 2-mile drive/bike ride to multiple beach access points, the Main Pier Village & minutes from Red Fern Village

The Space:
BEACH GEAR: towels, umbrellas, chairs, cooler, toys. FREE BIKES: (6) Beach Cruisers for the entire family, bring your own helmets. For babies and toddlers; Pack n Play, baby gate & highchair. LIVING RM: 65" Roku TV. MSTR: King bed, 5-pc ensuite, 55" TV. WORKSTATION: desk, print/scan. KITCHEN: Granite & Stainless w/ Keurig & Drip Coffee Makers, toaster oven & full cook set. PATIO: Weber propane grill, comfy couch, wonderful spot for HAPPY HOUR! While the kids can fish and feed the pond turtles :)

Plenty of parking with a private driveway that can hold 2 vehicles, and a 1 car garage. Overflow parking a few doors down.

No parking allowed on the street. Guests must be able to park in driveway and not blocking the sidewalk and/or part of the street. Additional guest parking spaces are available throughout the complex. No refunds for unexpected and out of our control events such as weather events, amenities closure for repairs. We will communicate of any community amenities closure as soon as we are notified by the community association.

Great spot

Great place. About 2 miles from the beach, 2 miles to the pier. Winn-dixie and plenty of places to eat all very close. Accomodations all great. Twin bedroom is a little warm. Icemaker didnt work. No big deal. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves anytime we wanted to go. Oh!! And sorry if I spoiled the turtles, but it was too much fun to feed them.

Saint Simon’s Island Treasure

This property is beautiful both inside and it’s outside setting. Very conveniently located to everything on the island. The place was spotless and had everything you need to make your stay top notch. Giselle was so nice to work with throughout the whole process and very responsive. Would definitely return!

Great stay!

Very clean beautiful condo! Loved having 5 bikes available as well as beach chairs and towels! Quick 5 minute drive to the pier and all the shops and restaurants. Perfect for our family needs!

Exceeded my standards for cleanliness!

I stayed here with my husband, two kids and in-laws. The property was just right for us with plenty of space and very clean! I was delighted with the amenities for kids (pack and play, high chair, beach toys). Would definitely stay here again!

Nice property

It was a great . The town home was clean and very well maintained. It has everything you need for a beach stay. Communication with property owner was very easy. Beach is 6 mins away from the property. Had fun.

Already planning our next stay!

Such a beautiful, clean condo!! We loved staying here and will definitely be back again! My boys loved being able to ride bikes to Chick-fil-A and Starbucks in the mornings to get breakfast. Such a perfect location!!! Very clean and had everything we needed from beach towels and chairs to coffee and Qtips!! Great communication and overall a fabulous experience! Can't wait to book it again soon!

Summer Beach Trip

Excellent condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Plenty of room for the whole family. The condo has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you need. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms have everything you have at home as well. The washer and drier were really lovely to have to wash beach towels. Bikes available, grill available, outdoor patio nice with a view of the lake. The community has a nice pool which is a short walk and convenient to relax by. The condo is close to everything. Great Wifi too. Look forward to going back real soon. The communication with owner was wonderful.

Glad we found this property!

This property was an absolute gem. We went with our daughters family to spend a few days on the beach with our grandchild. Access to the property was very easy. It was so pleasent to see how clean and well kept the accomodations were. The condo was equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Our grandchildren loved watching the turtles in the pond. We hope to come again!
