This is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath luxury spa oasis, single family home. It has a full gym in the basement that includes multiple pieces of workout equipment, a full body massage chair, and an infrared sauna. This home also has a luxury outdoor patio which includes comfortable outdoor seating and lounge chairs, an outdoor TV, an outdoor Fireplace, and a Hot Tub Spa!
Conveniently located off I-75, this home is 5 mins away from Acworth Beach, 10 mins from Kennesaw State University (KSU), 15 mins from Lake Allatoona, and 15 mins from Red Top Mountain. There are plenty of grocery stores, shops, and restaurants nearby and the infamous Barrett Parkway is 10mins away full of lots of shopping!
Come and have a relaxing weekend get away or enjoy a family trip to our home! We can’t wait to host you!

House Rules:

-No Party’s, Events, or Gatherings.
-No additional people that are not on the initial reservation allowed in the home.
-No additional guests or visitors. Any people in the home must be approved by the host or guests automatically forfeit the stay and are not eligible for a refund for reservation.
-Absolutely No Smoking(including vaping). Smoking in the home will result in additional fees and cleaning charges and immediate termination of the reservation.
-You are using the amenities such as the massage chair, infrared sauna, and hot tub at your own risk. Owner/Host assumes no liability for any injuries or damages.
-Guest is responsible for any damage. Booking this home means the guest understands and agrees to the house rules.
-Check out is at 10AM, staying past the check out time may result in an hourly charge of $50 an hour
-The cleaning fee does not include cleaning of the gas grill. Please make sure you clean the grill after every use to ensure it is prepared for the next guest to enjoy. If the grill is not cleaned, you may incur a $100 grill cleaning fee.
-While we do allow pets, there is a $150 pet fee. Please ensure you add your pet to the reservation when adding your number of guests. Failure to add pets and pay the pet fee may result in extra fee's/deposit or termination of stay without refund. (max 2 pets - cats and dogs only) You will be responsible for any damage to the home

Good location for baseball weekend

We were in town for a baseball tournament. The home was close to the highway and all the fields we played on. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again!

Long Weekend Away

This property was exactly what we needed for a long weekend away! We went to Acworth for a family members wedding and this house was perfect for our family! The hot tube workout equipment and sauna made our stay so much more enjoyable
