Situated on a quiet street (without neighbors on three sides of the property), this 4BR/3BA retreat offers a serene setting, surrounded by tall pines and mountain views. Enjoy the tranquil beauty from one of three private decks -- complete with a hot tub, grill, and alfresco dining.

For a fun-filled day of skiing, Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly are within 10 miles. In the summer months, drive 15 minutes to cool off on the beaches of Lake Tahoe. Hike one of many nearby trails, including Echo Lakes and the Tahoe Rim Trail. A plethora of dining and shopping options are also close at hand.

LIVING AREA

Spanning two levels, this stylish home features modern mountain decor and upscale furnishings. Relax in the main living area, detailed with two sofas, an armchair, gas fireplace, and 65-inch cable TV. A second living area is outfitted with a sofa, armchairs, gas fireplace, and 55-inch cable TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up hearty meals in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Dining space abounds with a wood table, breakfast nook for four, and kitchen bar for an additional four.

BED & BATH

The primary suite is furnished with a stately king bed, armchair, and 55in cable TV. An en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. A second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, while a third bedroom features a full-over-queen bunk bed. A second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. In the fourth bedroom, you'll find a queen bed. A third bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

On the upper level, a large deck boasts a grill, alfresco dining for eight, and two rocking chairs. A second upstairs deck features a private hot tub and two chairs. Take in views of the peaceful pines from the downstairs covered deck.

This property is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
There never and open fires or wood burning fire pits allowed in the Lake Tahoe Basin at anytime.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
