The Waikiki Banyan is located in the heart of East Waikiki and just 1 block away from the warm sands and azure waters of world famous Waikiki Beach. Just steps away are the Honolulu Zoo, Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Aquarium, world-class shopping, and a multitude of international cuisine restaurants.

Our spacious one-bedroom suite has been renovated with all new flooring and furniture reupholstery. In addition, we continue to upgrade bedding, small appliances, light fixtures, and supplies as needed. The unit has Tommy Bahama island living inspired furniture, and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. There are many extras to save you money and time in supplies and beach gear. The suite is a strictly non-smoking unit which ensures a pleasant stay for all. Please note recent laws do not allow smoking on the lanai and around the building as well.

This suite has two double/full size beds, a queen sofa sleeper, and can comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals. The unit includes air-conditioning, a flat screen TV and DVD player, Free Internet Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and a Telephone for local calls.

VIEW & FLOOR LOCATION:

Located on the mid-high 26th Floor in Tower 2, the suite directly faces the vibrant blue Pacific Ocean and Waikiki Beach, allowing guests to enjoy the relaxing and peaceful ocean views from the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and lanai.

SUPPLIES: The suite comes with towels, linens, basic supplies, a First-Aid Kit, board games, sand toys, mats, beach towels, , beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel and masks sets + starter paper products, sundries and washing and cleaning supplies.

CONDO RESORT AMENITIES:

The Waikiki Banyan's recreation deck on the 6th floor offers a large pool, two jet spas, sauna, barbeque grills, children's playground, putting green, tennis court, and basketball half-court, as well as a take-out snack bar that offers traditional American foods and healthy entrees.

At the lobby level is the Banyan Breeze, an Internet Café that offers all-day light fare dining as well as coffee, smoothies, and dessert. There's also the Banyan Breeze Snack bar on the recreation deck that offers a variety of items.

An onsite Mini-Mart allows guests to purchase a variety of grocery items, cooking ingredients, food, snacks, supplies, and personal sundries.

LAUNDRY:

Each floor has a coin-operated washing machine and dryer located in the laundry room just a few steps down the hall for your convenience.

TRANSPORTATION:

Bus stops are within one block and provide frequent and affordable transportation to all island attractions: the Ala Moana Shopping Center, Ward Center and Movie Complex, the Academy of Fine Arts, Bishop Museum, Iolani Palace, Chinatown, Pearl Harbor and so much more.

PARKING:

The unit comes with (1) covered FREE PARKING. A $30/day value conveniently located on the property and near the beach, shopping, and restaurants and major chain hotels.

The Association of Owners of the Waikiki Banyan are very diligent and proactive when it comes to maintaining the building. We as owners are very pleased with how they continuously keep an eye on things that need to be maintained. Included in these projects are pool improvements, replacements of drain lines, and other repairs in different areas of the property that may require some water shut-offs for a number of hours on certain days. These maintenance schedules are created by the Association and we are not responsible for water shut-offs and pool and other closures to the building amenities that need maintenance. The Waikiki Banyan Association does its very best to work fast to reduce inconvenience to both owners and visitors.

This place had everything we wanted. It's only one block from the main Waikiki Beach, very near Kapiolani Park, and has captivating blue ocean views! It's also close to all the attractions we enjoy as a family. With a welcoming tropical lobby, waterfall, and wonderful koi pond, our children love this property, and if you ever get the chance to come stay with us, you'll see why the Waikiki Banyan is an all-time year after year traveler's favorite!

My Daughter calls it our, "Hawaii Home." Great location, price, and accommodations!

The moment we opened the door both of my daughters ran in circles, in pure excitement. My wife and I were wowed by the views.

Pros:

-Parking is included! (This saves you up to $250+ per week)

-It's a 5 min walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants!

-The owner, Dolly, was extremely helpful

-Full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, even ziplock bags!

-Water toys, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, coolers, and floats included.

Cons:

-Towel service isn't part of the hotel since the unit is privately owned, but laundry detergent is provided and is 2 doors down the hall. Not really a con, but some people are lazy. -haha

Overall, our stay was great! I just wish the weather was better. Will definitely consider booking this place for future visits!

We loved our stay at Dolly's condo. Everything was well though off. Dolly was very fast to answer our questions and she puts a lot of effort into details. Very clean, well furnished.

The only thing, and we forgot to tell Dolly (I am sure she would have taken care off it), is that a blanket would have been nice for the pull-over couch. Otherwise, it is an easy place to recommand. You are close to beach, you have a pool for the child, AC, etc.

You wont regret it!!!

Excellent condo in a great location

The unit was extremely clean and in a great location. In addition to being in the heart of Waikiki, we also enjoyed the option of having some down time at the pool and basketball court. The Banyan Grill on the 6th floor also offers some tasty treats at a reasonable price. Well done!

Great location and cute condo!

We quite enjoyed our stay! The pros include great location to walk to the beach, Waikiki promenade, very clean condo, great view from the condo, close proximity to washer and dryer, responsive owner, and the Parking space!! Cons the A/C was loud and very finicky, pool area not utilized as too overrun with alot of kids, bedding/pillows too hard and not comfortable.

Overall we quite enjoyed our stay!! Loved the fact that we were able to drive Oahu every day with a car and knew we had a parking spot when we returned and not affected much by the traffic. The condo view of the beach was outstanding and loved that!! Would recommend a stay here.

This deposit is to be paid directly to the owner via PayPal and will be refunded within 7 days of departure provided that the parking pass have been left inside the unit upon departure and that there are no damages to the unit and the terms of the rental agreement has been fulfilled.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
