Ended up not staying, house was FILTHY dirty even though we gave host all day to get it cleaned.

The day of check-in was 11 am. Property wasn't cleaned yet. Delayed our check-in, as requested by host, and arrived around 7 pm and house still not clean or ready. House wasn't represented as pictures on VRBO site. Ended up canceling and having to stay in hotel that night and booking another place for a week. Owner's text saying he would refund us but he never followed through. Still working with Vrbo on that.
