Lovely renovated cottage a short walk to private beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is modern and clean, with outdoor shower, private outdoor back patio with grill, great kitchen amenities (large fridge, quiet dishwasher, like-new pots/pans, lots of cabinet space and pantry), air conditioning, washer/driver etc. and only a short walk to a private beach. We loved this rental!

Our Favorite Cape Cod Stay Yet!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every year, my girlfriends and I spend a week together on Cape Cod, and over the years we have stayed at numerous properties throughout the Dennisport and West Dennis area. This house was by far our favorite! We loved every minute of our stay. The house was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped and perfect for preparing meals at home. The location was absolutely amazing—just steps away from our own private beach! Having such easy access to the beach made our week even more enjoyable and was definitely one of the highlights of the property. We love the local restaurants and pubs - a shout out to the Sand Bar for wonderful food and live music! We also cannot say enough about the staff at Martha Murray Vacation Rentals. Everyone was phenomenal—friendly, helpful, responsive, and always available if we needed anything. We had a wonderful week and truly felt at home here. After staying at many different properties on the Cape over the years, we can confidently say this was the best one yet. We are already looking forward to coming back and hope to stay here again next year!

Wonderful New Property with a Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have been coming to the Cape for several years but this summer was the first time taking our 11 month-old daughter. This house was perfect for our week on the Cape - everything worked well and was in good condition, it was spacious with a nice kitchen and lovely back porch, and had comfortable bedrooms. Best of all it was a very short walk to a private beach, which worked great with a baby. We went to the beach every day but also had time to go to our favorite spots around Dennis (i.e. Woolfie's and Sundae School). We hope to stay at this rental again next summer!

Broken vaca

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m sure I would have had a great week if my husband hadn’t fallen on Monday night getting out of bed to go to the bathroom. He is in a rehab facility now with a fractured pelvis. Otherwise the rental was beautiful and location to the beach, perfect.
