Charming, spacious, private villa is located on a cul-de-sac offering a quiet retreat after a day spent at the beach, golfing or enjoying the many activities that Hilton Head has to offer.

The large screened porch off the living room overlooks the saltwater pool is perfect for dining or relaxing.

The pool and hot tub are just steps away or simply ride your bike to the beach where you'll have private access.

Just simply ride a bike or drive to the beach and access our private locker with beach chairs, umbrella's and cart for your use

Down stairs includes:

Master bedroom offers king bed, smart TV and newly renovated ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower with bench.

Secondary bedroom offers two full beds and newly renovated ensuite bathroom with shower / tub.

Laundry closet with full size washer/dryers.

Upstairs includes:

Spacious open floor plan with living room, dining room table, smart large screen TV, comfortable furnishing that connects to large screened porch overlooking the saltwater pool and hot tub.

Pull out couch with queen size mattress adds additional sleeping space.

Fully furnished large kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast, everything you'll need for a weekend or a months stay. .

Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.

Property was as advertised. Steve made everything easy and was very helpful during our stay. Only thing I would recommend is an update to the living room couch and chairs. Great stay in a great location.

Great location and quiet. Loved the king size bed and was grateful the head of the bed was not lower than the foot of the bed (rare find). Absolutely the best showers we have used in a long time great pressure and the hot water lasted. Easy to contact Steve the owner and check in was the easiest we have ever had at Shipyard.
Pool and Hot Tub not crowded and well kept. Just relaxing.

Great central location within gated community just a short bike ride from activities. Nice pool and hot tub just right out the back door. Slightly dated interior, but very clean. Enjoyable stat for our long weekend.

Perfect bike-riding family beach trip stay

This VRBO had everything we wanted. Enough space for our family of four, pool and hot-tub right out the back, a beautiful community beach access and plenty of walkability and bikeability in nature. Very peaceful and natural setting. Would certainly stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The condo was just like it is in the pictures. Very nice location and near to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Definitely would stay there again!

The cleaning was poor. A dirty cotton bud was left on a side table, chair had what appeard to be food crumbs on the cushion, and there was hair left on countertops. The place was damp which resulted in a lot of rust on vent covers and shower rods. Condo is in need of a good clean and some fresh paint.

Beach getaway

We had a wonderful time at this condo in Hilton Head. It was our first time to the Island and this was the perfect place to stay. It was clean and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the pool area and palm trees. The master bathroom was very nice and obviously recently updated. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed being able to walk out our door and enjoy the pool each evening after a long day at the beach. Highly recommend!

Love the location of this property!

Excellent location with Shipyard amenities such as beach club locker space filled with beach goodies so did not need to haul lots to beach. Only bad part was very crowded beach area. Listed as king bed but actually queen. Made it work and will definitely look for larger place in this area next trip. Pool right behind rental so that was a plus as well. Neighbors were great also. Overall was great place.

We loved the place! The house was super nice. You couldn't get any closer to the pool. The one thing that wasn't up to par was the beach equipment in the locker. The beach wagon is old and doesn't work well. The umbrellas were broken. Everything else was great! Thanks for allowing us to stay! Special thanks to the gentleman in 129 for letting me use his grill!

Beautiful neighborhood, comfortable stay

We had a lovely stay at this little condo. Property was as depicted in photos and description. Mostly clean, found a few things hiding out under bed skirts. Property is a bit outdated as photos show, but this did not bother us for the rate we paid. For those visiting the first time I thought I’d add a small bit about location that would have been helpful for our planning. You are within walking distance of Coligny, about 10-15 min. Only about 8 min to The Bank for a quick meal. The beach locker, and neighborhood beach access is 1.8 miles away. The set up is wonderful, there’s a little place to grab drinks (was only open on the weekend for us) near Sonesta resort, and the beach locker was stocked with everything you could need. But it is a drive or a bike, not a walk. We didn’t quite understand the layout of Hilton Head, but did appreciate the private access to the beach there and it’s quiet nature. Lots of gators and bird watching, and we had 4 deer visit the backyard one night. Overall a wonderful stay. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Had a bit of difficulty getting 4 people showered at once due to small hot water heater. Just had to plan ahead.

Great Trip, But Not Exactly As Imagined

We were overall pleased with our stay. Some things to be aware of: -It was very hit/miss on what was or was not provided. They provided a kitchen sponge and dish soap, but no garbage bags or coffee filters. -Double-check the exact location. The listing gives an approximate location which shows it is very near Coligny Plaza. It's actually a 20+ minute walk away in a private development. We didn't notice the difference after booking. Definitely consider a rental car or bicycles. -The listing could use some more specifics. The living room couch IS a sleeper sofa, though that isn't clear in the description. -There is access to a private(ish) beach! The description mentions a beach locker, but it's actually located at the development's clubhouse (not Coligny Beach). This was a great surprise and we were not expecting that! -The property manager, Steve, was OK to work with. He responded to messages fairly quickly but did not respond to the exact things we were asking. Sorta half paid attention to our questions. I've had more helpful hosts at other locations.
